El pasado miércoles 18 de enero de 2023, en lo que fue “En una noche tan linda como esta”, celebramos el ***Primer Aniversario del Podcast El Arte de Vivir*** de nuestra apreciada comunidad @holos-lotus. 

La actividad estuvo cargada de buena vibra.  El entusiasmo, la alegría y el agradecimiento ocuparon el lugar de honor y entre todos los presentes creamos un ambiente festivo que nos llenó de esa agradable emoción que da el compartir los logros y saberlos disfrutar.  Para los amigos que nos acompañaron, mil gracias, son ustedes la parte más importante del programa, gracias a ustedes encontramos la razón y la motivación para seguir creando espacios de crecimiento y expansión. Gracias, gracias.

Last Wednesday, January 18, 2023, in what was "On a night as beautiful as this", we celebrated the ***First Anniversary of the Art of Living Podcast*** of our appreciated community @holos-lotus. 

The activity was full of good vibes.  Enthusiasm, joy and gratitude occupied the place of honor and among all those present we created a festive atmosphere that filled us with that pleasant emotion that comes from sharing achievements and knowing how to enjoy them.  To the friends who accompanied us, thank you very much, you are the most important part of the program, thanks to you we find the reason and motivation to continue creating spaces for growth and expansion. Thank you, thank you.

Para conversar sobre el significado y la importancia del celebrar invitamos a una de las columnistas de la comunidad, la amiga @mosa71, quien recientemente nos había convidado a participar en la [iniciativa Mirada del Faraón / The Pharaoh's Gaze Initiative]( https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@mosa71/jmytfgco) y de allí surgió la primera pregunta a nuestra entrevistada: Háblanos de la mirada del Faraón. ¿Por qué y para qué celebrar?

Dando respuesta a esta interrogante nos comentaba, desde su experiencia personal, que no siempre celebró su fecha de nacimiento, pues había circunstancias familiares que no eran propicias para tales actividades, sin embargo, ella sentía esa motivación de celebrar, de festejar ese día tan especial como es el día en que nacimos. 

Ya de adulta conoció lo que ella llama “la mirada del faraón”, porque los faraones aseguraban que el día de tu nacimiento es una asignación de los dioses, es el día escogido por ellos para tu llegada al mundo en un momento, lugar y familia, único y especial, que viene a llenar un espacio con unos dones específicos que traes para que los expandas, completando el ciclo de lo que el mundo necesita y lo que tú puedes darle. Desde esta hermosa mirada, celebrar la fecha de nacimiento tiene que ver con nuestros propósitos de vida y los talentos que tenemos. 

De allí surgió otra pregunta sobre los motivos para celebrar. Los presentes coincidimos que son infinitos y que los encontramos en la vida misma, en el estar vivos, en la naturaleza, en las personas que nos rodean, en aquello donde hallamos satisfacción y bienestar.

To talk about the meaning and importance of celebrating we invited one of the columnists of the community, our friend @mosa71, who had recently invited us to participate in the

[Mirada del Faraón / The Pharaoh's Gaze Initiative](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@mosa71/jmytfgco) and from there came the first question to our interviewee: Tell us about the Pharaoh's gaze. Why and why celebrate?

In response to this question she told us, from her personal experience, that she did not always celebrate her date of birth, because there were family circumstances that were not conducive to such activities, however, she felt that motivation to celebrate, to celebrate that special day as the day we were born. 

As an adult she got to know what she calls "the pharaoh's gaze", because the pharaohs assured that the day of your birth is an assignment of the gods, it is the day chosen by them for your arrival to the world at a time, place and family, unique and special, that comes to fill a space with specific gifts that you bring to expand them, completing the cycle of what the world needs and what you can give it. From this beautiful perspective, celebrating the date of birth has to do with our life purposes and the talents we have. 

From there, another question arose about the reasons to celebrate. Those present agreed that they are infinite and that we find them in life itself, in being alive, in nature, in the people around us, in what we find satisfaction and well-being.

@miriannalis se destacó haciendo las láminas y no dejó de sorprenderme que tuviese a la mano el listado de los cientos y pico participantes que a lo largo de este primer año aceptaron la convocatoria y nos acompañaron en los programas. 😀😘👋👍

Surgiendo de allí el agradecimiento a esos valientes que cuando uno hace una pregunta sin miramientos toma el micrófono y expresa en voz alta y clara su opinión. A los entrevistados que cuando los llamas para contactarlos tienen esa maravillosa disposición para compartir sus conocimientos y entregar su tiempo para decir presente. A esos que han sido fieles y consecuentes, que cada quince días, con su presencia nos dicen aquí estamos, sigan adelante.

No faltó el agradecimiento a ese equipo técnico que nos apoya con el sonido y la música, conformado por @yonnathang y @frankches.  A la amiga @sacra97 y el amigo @edwing357 que con sus habilidades y agilidad logran subir las mejores imágenes para ilustrar los temas que estamos trabajando. También hubo un reconocimiento especial para aquellos que son los amos del chat: responden, aportan, preguntan… para todos, todos mil gracias y un fuerte abrazo. 
 
Dentro de las actividades programadas hubo tres que me fascinaron, voy con la primera:

@miriannalis stood out by making the plates and it never ceased to amaze me that she had at hand the list of the hundreds of participants who throughout this first year accepted the call and accompanied us in the programs.  😀😘👋👍

From there arose the gratitude to those brave people who, when one asks a question, unceremoniously took the microphone and expressed their opinion loud and clear. To the interviewees that when you call them to contact them, they have that wonderful willingness to share their knowledge and give their time to be present. To those who have been faithful and consistent, who every two weeks, with their presence tell us here we are, keep going.

Thanks to the technical team that supports us with the sound and music, formed by @yonnathang and @frankches.  To our friend @sacra97 and our friend @edwing357 who with their skills and agility manage to upload the best images to illustrate the themes we are working on. There was also a special recognition for those who are the masters of the chat: they answer, contribute, ask questions... to everyone, everyone a thousand thanks and a big hug.
