A lo largo de la vida vamos acumulando un vasto conocimiento sobre una infinidad de temas, esto nos permiten elaborar   tanto discursos  orales como  escritos, aún sin ser profesionales o especialistas en ellos. <br></br> 
 
A veces es tanto nuestro interés en un tema que buscamos con constancia más información sobre ello aumentando de esta manera nuestro conocimiento y de pronto nos sentimos una autoridad en la materia que hasta nos atrevemos a aconsejar, diagnosticar y recetar a otros.<br></br>

Un ejemplo de esto es que todos o la mayoría sabemos qué es el estrés, la depresión o la ansiedad, también  qué lo produce y qué podemos hacer para contrarrestarlo, a tal punto que con extrema facilidad le decimos a una persona:<br></br>

—No chico, tú los que estas es estresado, o deprimido, según sea el caso. <br></br>

Viene la gran pregunta ¿Este conocimiento te hace sabio? Probablemente sí, según una de las dos acepciones que da el diccionario la sabiduría es un: “Conjunto de conocimientos amplios y profundos que se adquieren mediante el estudio o la experiencia.” <br></br>

Sin embargo, es la segunda acepción la que  motiva este escrito: “ 2. Facultad de las personas para actuar con sensatez, prudencia o acierto.” . y aquí tenemos una definición de sabiduría que recoge las experiencias de vida, aquello que vas aprendiendo en este largo transitar y el cuaL expresamos, muchas veces,  a través de los dichos o refranes que  la cultura popular va acumulando en su acervo y  ante una situación, la hacemos nuestra porque en ella esta contenida una lección que la percibimos como verdad, validada en las experiencia y realidad que nos encontramos viviendo. <br></br>

Por ejemplo, mi mamá cuando éramos adolescentes  o mujeres jóvenes e incurríamos en algún error de esos que te hacen sufrir, decía muy sabiamente: — Bueno, en esto consiste la vida o se tiene juventud o se tiene experiencia— y lo decía no para justificar el error sino para señalar que la falta de experiencia nos lleva a actuar de manera poco sensata, imprudente o con desacierto. En todo caso son esas experiencias las que nos van enseñando de “sabiduría de la vida”, la  que  no se encuentra en los libros, ni en la academia sino viviendo la vida.<br></br>

Estamos finalizando el año, una fecha apropiada para realizar balances y los balances son una buena estrategia porque en ellos plasmamos los logros obtenidos, las “cosas buenas” que nos pasaron y también lo que no logramos o logramos a medias, así como, lo no tan bueno que nos ha pasado. Lo más interesante al realizar este trabajo es que vemos con claridad los tantos motivos que tenemos para agradecer y nos ayuda a definir los nuevos propósitos, metas u objetivos para realizar en los meses venideros.<br></br>

De aquí surge la iniciativa que traemos hoy y que lleva por título: ***Cada día soy más sabio.***<br></br>


Te invitamos a realizar un balance muy particular, queremos que nos compartas:

* ¿Qué has aprendido de la vida este año?

* ¿Qué te ha hecho más sabio, a tal punto que, ante una situación similar, puedas actuar con sensatez, prudencia o acierto?

* Y quizás también te animes a contarnos cuál es esa meta de aprendizaje de vida que te has planeado alcanzar y por la cual estas dispuesto a ser más consciente y buscar estrategias para lograrla. <br></br>
 
Como siempre es un tema abierto donde puedes expresar  esas experiencias que te han dado sabiduría, teniendo presente que tus experiencias son algo personal e íntimo, por lo que no es necesario compartir tus procesos con detalles.<br></br>

Throughout our lives we accumulate vast knowledge on an infinite number of subjects, which allows us to elaborate both oral and written speeches, even without being professionals or specialists in them. <br></br>
  
Sometimes our interest in a subject is so great that we constantly seek more information about it, thus increasing our knowledge and suddenly we feel like an authority on the subject that we even dare to advise, diagnose and prescribe to others.<br></br>

An example of this is that all or most of us know what stress, depression or anxiety is, also what produces it and what we can do to counteract it, to such an extent that with extreme ease we say to a person:<br></br>

-No boy, what you are is stressed, or depressed, as the case may be. <br></br>

Then comes the big question: Does this knowledge make you wise? Probably yes, according to one of the two meanings given by the dictionary wisdom is a: "Set of broad and deep knowledge acquired through study or experience." <br></br>
