La observación es una técnica, dentro del proceso de investigación, muy interesante, sobre todo cuando del asunto social se trata porque generalmente nuestro ojo observador parte de nuestras propias necesidades,  tendemos a ver aquello que sentimos que nos hace falta para resolver una situación o lo que consideramos que “debería” funcionar de una forma distinta. <br></br>

Como emprendedores esta observación se vuelva más detallada, sube a otro nivel y comenzamos a ver de manera “más objetiva” si en esa necesidad tiene una oportunidad de solución y si es  factible convertirla en una oportunidad de negocio. Esto es lo que nos propone @morito13 en la iniciativa [Tienes lo que se necesita?]( https://peakd.com/hive-140971/@morito13/iniciativa-tienes-lo-que-se-necesitado-you-have-what-it-takes) Un ejercicio que estimula nuestra visión y que nos aporta un gran aprendizaje. Te invito a que lo realices y te “diviertas” en el proceso. Acá les presento mi práctica.<br></br>

#### Detectar el problema<br></br>

Recientemente  mi comunidad sufrió un fuerte revés producto de la lluvia, a tal punto  que la ubicó en estado de emergencia, de allí que en la actualidad sus problemas son múltiples y situaciones por resolver infinitas, sin embargo, no puedo ni quiero ubicarme en sus problemas actuales, he preferido realizar mi ejercicio como si lo estuviese haciendo hace quince días atrás donde todo estaba “normal”.<br></br>

Voy a hacer el ejemplo con algo que no es una necesidad como tal ni un problema, es más un deseo, algo que me gustaría que existiese en la zona donde vivo y que estando se que lo disfrutaría mucho. <br></br>

Me encanta ir a un lugar bonito y sentarme  a tomar un sabroso café y mientras lo hago degustar algún pasapalo dulce  o salado, acompañado de una grata compañía con una conversación fluida y agradable. En mi comunidad no hay nada que se parezca a esto, hay varias panaderías que  ofrecen café en vasito plástico y te lo puedes tomar de pie en el mostrador. Para hacer lo que me gusta tengo que agarrar el carro,  recorrer varios km hasta encontrar lo que busco.<br></br> 

#### ¿Fué fácil para ti establecer una conversación e indagar un poco más sobre lo que detectaste?<br></br>

Si me resultó fácil y pude hablarlo con personas de distintas edades y sexos,  para ello conversé con 10 personas en las que todos coincidieron en que si hacía falta algo así en la comunidad y que de haberlo con seguridad irían porque ¿a quién no le gusta ir a un sitio bonito a tomarse algo y compartir un buen rato? <br></br>

#### ¿Qué oportunidades de mejora encontraste, hay  una oportunidad de negocio?<br></br><br></br>

Tenía  días dándole vuelta a esta idea  y las posibilidades de una oportunidad real de negocio dentro de la zona. Mentalmente revisaba los lugares existentes para ver si se podían adaptar al concepto que tenía en mi cabeza y la verdad es que no encontré alguno que reuniera las condiciones de lo que era mi idea: un lugar espacioso, rodeado de la belleza natural de la zona, de fácil acceso tanto para los residentes como para los que no viven en el sector pero que gustan de espacios como el que sueño.<br></br>
 
Y hoy, bien tempranito me llegó como dicen “la luz”,  recordé un viejo y abandonado restauran, que hace muchos años era un referente en la ciudad y del cual disfruté en muchísimas oportunidades,  cerró sus puertas hace más de una década.<br></br><br></br>

Así que a las siete de la mañana decidí acomodarme para ir a tomarle unas fotos al lugar. Me imaginé que tomaría algunas fotografías desde su portón y regresaría de inmediato a mi casa. Para mi sorpresa,  encontré las puertas abiertas y al fondo vi al Señor Pedro, el dueño,  limpiando el lugar. Un español conversador, chef de profesión y súper amable. <br></br>

Después de saludarnos como viejos amigos y conversar un ratico sobre “los estragos de la lluvia”, comencé con mi investigación, indagando si tenía intenciones de reabrir, en algún momento, el  restauran. Me dijo que ya se sentía muy viejo para eso, que durante más de treinta años  lo había trabajado y que aunque quisiera, el lugar estaba muy deteriorado por  lo que  requería de una gran inversión activarlo.<br></br><br></br>

Es verdad,  por las fotos pueden ver que es así, sin embargo, es el sitio ideal para montar ese café de ensueño: con un río que le pasa por un lado, los arboles que le dan frescura y un buen chef que puede hacer delicias en tapas y montaditos, como  llaman los españoles a esos pasapalos que dan gusto al paladar.<br></br>
 
#### Podrías escalar tu negocio a través de esa relación establecida?<br></br>

Esta pregunta me da mucha gracia porque mi “negocio” es el crecimiento personal a través del coaching,  talleres on-line y todo este mundo de Hive con lo que el trae. A medida que hablaba con el señor Pedro pensaba en el espacio y sus posibilidades para un nuevo “Encuentro Holos”, un encuentro de emprendedores de Hivers y Hive como propuesta y alternativa dentro del marco de lo posible. ¡Aaaah, la mente vuela y sueña! Toca ponerse en acción.<br></br>
 
#### ¿Cómo te sentiste con la experiencia?<br></br>

Excelente, una práctica estimulante para compartir con los vecinos, y una oportunidad para “ver problemas” o necesidades con mayor atención pero sobre todo buscar soluciones a las diversas situaciones, porque de pronto es fácil ver los problemas, el asunto está en encontrarle respuestas factibles y allí es donde los emprendedores nos podemos destacar hallando, como los llama @morito13, nuestros tesoros. <br></br>

As entrepreneurs, this observation becomes more detailed, it rises to another level and we begin to see in a "more objective" way if that need has a solution opportunity and if it is feasible to turn it into a business opportunity. An exercise that stimulates our vision and provides us with a great learning experience. I invite you to do it and have "fun" in the process. Here is my practice.<br></br>

#### Problem Detector<br></br>

Recently, my community suffered a strong setback as a result of the rain, to such an extent that it was placed in a state of emergency, hence its current problems are multiple and situations to solve infinite, however, I can not and do not want to place myself in their current problems, I have preferred to perform my exercise as if I were doing it fifteen days ago where everything was "normal".<br></br>

I am going to practice with something that is neither a need as such nor a problem, it is more a desire, something that I would like to exist in the area where I live and that being there I would enjoy it very much. <br></br>

I love to go to a nice place and sit down to have a tasty coffee and while I do it, taste some sweet or salty pasapalo, accompanied by a pleasant company with a fluent and pleasant conversation. In my community there is nothing like this, there are several bakeries that offer coffee in a plastic cup and you can drink it standing at the counter. To do what I like to do, I have to take the car and drive several kilometers to find what I am looking for.<br></br>
 
#### Was it easy for you to establish a conversation and find out a little more about what you detected?<br></br>

Yes, it was easy and I was able to talk about it with people of different ages and sexes. I talked to fifteen people and they all agreed that there was a need for something like this in the community and that if there was, they would certainly go there because who doesn't like to go to a nice place to have a drink and share a good time? <br></br>

#### What opportunities for improvement did you find and a business opportunity?<br></br><br></br>

I had spent days thinking about this idea and the possibilities of a real business opportunity within the area. Mentally, I reviewed the existing places to see if they could adapt to the concept I had in my head and the truth is that I did not find any that met the conditions of what my idea was: a spacious place, surrounded by the natural beauty of the area, easily accessible both for residents and for those who do not live in the area, but who like spaces like the one I dream of. <br></br>

And today, very early in the morning, it came to me, as they say "the light", I remembered an old and abandoned restaurant, which many years ago was a reference in the city and which I enjoyed on many opportunities, closed its doors more than a decade ago. <br></br><br></br>

After greeting each other like old friends and chatting for a while about "the ravages of the rain", I began my investigation, inquiring if he had intentions of reopening, at some point, the restaurant. He told me that he felt he was too old for that, that he had worked there for more than thirty years and that even if he wanted to, the place was very deteriorated and would require a great investment to activate it. <br></br><br></br>

This question is very funny to me because my "business" is personal growth through coaching, on-line workshops and this whole world of Hive with what he brings. As I was talking with Mr. Pedro, I was thinking about the space and its possibilities for a new "Holos Encounter", a meeting of Hivers and Hive entrepreneurs as a proposal and alternative within the framework of what is possible. Aaaah, the mind flies and dreams! It's time to take action.<br></br>
 
#### How did you feel about the experience?<br></br>

Excellent, a stimulating practice to share with neighbors, and an opportunity to "see problems" or needs with greater attention, but above all to seek solutions to various situations, because suddenly it is easy to see the problems, the issue is to find feasible answers and that is where we entrepreneurs can stand out by finding, as @morito13 calls them, our treasures. <br></br>
