En en esta ocasión les vengo a contar sobre el primer día de mi hijo Oswaldo en la universidad, resulta que ya llevábamos tiempo dilucidando qué carrera quería estudiar, hasta que por fin se decidió por una ingeniería en informática; y bueno metió entre las opciones informática y electrónica en la preinscripción, pues resulta que le ha salido electrónica, que no era la que prefería, pero bueno no quedaba de otra, el día antes de la inscripción, reunimos todos los papeles, armamos las carpetas y ese día temprano le digo: papi, ¿quieres que te acompañe? Sí, mamá. Y yo, como toda mamá nobel en eso, porque uno quiere acompañarlos hasta el último momento y apoyarlos por cualquier cosa que necesite, bueno nos fuimos temprano, ya que teníamos que estar allá a las 6 de la mañana, para hacer la cola de la inscripción, él estaba de acuerdo con algunos de sus amigos que se iban a encontrar allá, a esa hora con nosotros se fueron dos muchachitos y bueno comenzó la aventura.
Hicimos la cola toda la mañana, unas veces conversando, otras veces platicando con otro muchacho; yo por lo menos hjce migas con otra representante, porque habíamos mamás por demás, todas pendientes los muchachos. A ver qué es lo que estaba pasando, cuáles eran los papeles que se requerían al momento de la entrevista y volvíamos a revisar la carpeta, solamente poníamos los papeles que estaban pidiendo y pendiente de todas las informaciones que daban, ellos bueno, entusiasmados y emocionados por todo lo que estaban viviendo, con ganas de ir a dar una vuelta por todo el sitio, pero les llamábamos la atención, para que estuvieran pendientes del momento en que le tocara el turno.
Y al fin se dio como a las 11 de la mañana entró mi hijo en el lote y no duraron ni 10 minutos, muchísimo menos y en ese tiempo logró que le hicieran su carnet universitario que le entregaran su planilla de inscripción y le recibieron su carpeta de papeles. Mientras esperamos que el resto de los muchachos terminaran, nos fuimos al cafetín y allí cada uno pidió lo que quería comer, se decidieron por unas empanadas y tomarse unos refrescos, y al terminar acordamos emprender camino de regreso, el papá de uno de los muchachos iba a buscarlo y bueno todos los montamos en el carro con el Señor y nos vinimos a casa, emocionados y con grandes expectativas a futuro, ya de eso hace un año y todavía persiste la emoción en mí. On this occasion I come to tell you about my son Oswaldo's first day at the university, it turns out that we had already spent some time deciding what career he wanted to study, until he finally decided on computer engineering; and well he chose between the options computer science and electronics in the pre-enrollment, it turns out that he got electronics, which was not the one he preferred, but well there was no other choice, the day before registration, we gathered all the papers, we put together the folders and early that day I tell him: daddy, do you want me to go with you? Yes, mom. And I, like any other mom, because you want to accompany them until the last moment and support them for anything they need, well we left early, since we had to be there at 6 in the morning, to make the registration line, he agreed with some of his friends who were going to meet there, at that time two boys went with us and the adventure began.
We stood in line all morning, sometimes talking, sometimes chatting with another boy; I at least made friends with another representative, because there were other moms, all of us waiting for the boys. To see what was going on, what were the papers that were required at the time of the interview and we went back to check the folder, we only put the papers they were asking for and pending all the information they gave, they were excited and excited by everything they were experiencing, wanting to go for a walk around the site, but we called their attention, to be aware of the time when it was their turn to be interviewed. And finally it happened at 11 o'clock in the morning, my son entered the lot and they did not even last 10 minutes, much less and in that time he managed to get his university card made, he got his registration form and he received his folder of papers. While we waited for the rest of the boys to finish, we went to the cafeteria and there each one ordered what they wanted to eat, they decided on some empanadas and had some refreshments, and when we finished we agreed to start our way back, the father of one of the boys was going to pick him up and well we all got in the car with the Lord and we came home, excited and with great expectations for the future, and that was a year ago and the emotion still persists in me.
