Yes, good point! I've found that walking around while imagining that I'm living in a computer simulation actually helps shift my attention into the moment in a similar way to meditation, deep breathing, body awareness, binaural beat, mantras, etc. But I'm going to consider your question further and maybe come back to it in another video.
