Immediately following the judges declaration that the fighter has successfully tipped the scale within their respective weight class, the fighter has about 6 hours to do whatever the Feck they want and stack on as much weight as they possibly can before they let their fists fly in the ~~ring~~ arena. What typically happens is, the ~~fighter~~ foodfighter steps off the scale, faces the crowd and, with every ounce of post weight cutting energy that remains in their soul, from the tips of their toes, to the tips of their fro’s—a **HUGE** muscle flex for the crowd just so everyone knows...</div>

@foodfightfriday is pretty much exactly the same as that only a lot different. No scale tipping here, there won’t be any of that, you go right ahead and be as fat or as lean as you want. Tip-it or skip-it, know what I mean? No one weighs for free in this kitchen, just make sure you do it on Friday—like I’m doing right now. That’s the third “F” in #fff—Friday.

“F” No.1: Can you imagine the change your perception of this contender would’ve taken just now had I typed ‘you’ instead of ‘No.1?’ 🤔 Anywho, moving on... 

“F” ~~sum~~ No.1: “Food.” You have to have a picture of “food,” something humans consume, it doesn’t even have to be the cover image as I’ve demonstrated with the contender you’re currently evaluating. You can even feature a rainy day outside the <a href=https://www.liverpoolmuseums.org.uk>The World Museum</a> in Liverpool, UK, as your cover—totally within regulation.

Like the ~~fighter~~ contender on the scale at weigh-in’s, it’s a formality at this point. However, once the judge declares you’ve properly checked the preliminary boxes, you’re free to move onto the Middle “F,” #fight, but First “F’s” first, #food:

# `Check Out My 4kingsalad:`
* Romaine lettuce.
* Roasted lots of things such as, but not limited to, green/yellow bell peppers, broccoli, yellow and sweet potatoes and brussels. 
* Chickpeas, tomatoes, peas, and probably a few things I’m leaving out, this picture is from last month, remember? “Formality.”

# `Formality Example No.2:`
* Similar to the Check Out My 4kingsalad dish featured in example No.1 but not even close because it’s a taco.
* Roasted vegetables, corn, green onions and tomatoes.
* Lentil taco meat.
* 5-grain wild rice/quinoa mix.
* 50/50 corn/flour tortilla because you can’t get corn tortillas in the UK. They’re either 100% flour or 50/50 unless you order them from Amazon.

I’m already having a lot of fun with that one. I’m working on a second series at the moment, too, it’s a lot like the first one I just showed you, only not really the same at all. In case you haven’t noticed, @puravidaville hasn’t been logging any blockchain time these days. 

She’s just doing her own thing—that’s all. She’s back in the classroom instructing again, add to that she keeps me running which requires a lot of attention, she’s got her other social media outlets, too, which kind of puts her #steemit persona on hold for a minute. By doing that, she’s removed herself as my keyboard sidekick which means I get her stunning, all-natural beauty as my Model *(too)*—the other series I’m working on:
