Fact. It's always interesting to look at available treatments from other parts of the world and see how they are clinically effective somewhere — Switzerland; Belgium; even Canada — but any attempt to bring them to the US immediate puts them in a "25-year queue" for approval... because *God forbid* some big pharma wouldn't be able to skim billions for something in R&D; "something" that has already been proven to safely work.
