Big [conglomerates](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-conglomerate-company) are jumping in, we have seen the likes of Robinhood preparing themselves to take part in what is expected to big a big [money](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-money) exploding industry.

First, let's just look at how much the real estate is worth. Of course we are talking of trillions here. In global approximation, we are talking of nearly $380 trillion. [accredited investors](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-accredited-investor) have flooded the [market](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-market) for a long [time](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-time) and I feel this cycle is breaking.

It is worth the concerns, in a world were [artificial intelligence](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-artificial-intelligence) and humanoids is planning to take the [work](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-work) force industry, many will be surviving on [dividend](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-dividend) and ROI's. Investing on a diverse pool of opportunities no matter how small you have is what I am talking about.

This is where web3 will step in, we will need a competitive market to make sure the middle class stay in RWA [profit](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-profit). Looking at the case of [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) and [Facebook](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-facebook), which is easier for novices to make a living? Hive has the hedge. Same will it be if we allow only centralized guru's to run this market. We are going to see a shrinking profit with insider stakeholders holding onto tangible market profits.

Anyway, we should not look off early flaws; at early inception I feel there will be [losses](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-loss-financial). New investors will emerge, the real estate industry will boom.
