<div class="text-justify">This week we have a battle rule in the spotlight that modifies the usual conditions for ranged attack. As you know, one of the characteristics of the ranged attack is that a card in the first position with this type of attack can never attack again. Well, if <b>Close Range is among the battle conditions, it will mean that ranged attack cards will be able to attack in the first position of the line-up,</b> Doctor Sloan and the life deck with the bonus that this summoner brings to these types of attacks smiles when Close Range comes into play.</div>

> <div class="text-justify">Esta semana tenemos como protagonista una regla de batalla que modifica las condiciones habituales del ataque a distancia. Como bien sabes, una de las características del ataque a distancia es que una carta en la primera posición con este tipo de ataque no puede atacar ya nunca más. Pues bien, si entre las condiciones de batalla se encuentra <b>Close Range va a provocar que las cartas con ataque a distancia van a poder atacar en la primera posición de la alineación.</b> Doctor Sloan y el mazo de vida con el bonus que este invocador aporta a estos tipos de ataques sonríen cuando Close Range entra en acción.</div>

<div class="text-justify">As you know if you follow me every week you already know that the life deck is not going to be the star of this review. I don't have this deck evolved so I'm going to use the usual water deck with <b>Kelya Frendul as a summoner</b> adding some interesting ranged cards to my line-up.</div>

<div class="text-justify">This week's tank will be <b>Diemonshark</b>. A card with a high summoning cost but with a power that makes it one of the best value-for-money tanks in the aquatic deck and, by extension, in the Splinterlands universe.</div>

<div class="text-justify">In fourth position will be <b>Swamp Spitter</b>. One of the new cards that we receive as a reward in the focus and that, this time, has a ranged attack and we will take advantage of it in case it comes to occupy the first position at some point in the fight.</div>

<div class="text-justify">This week's opponent will be @leczodiac who will be playing a water deck including a Gladius card but not using a single ranged card. <b>His strategy, on paper, does not have the capacity to break my fierce frontline defence</b>. So looking at the line-ups alone I expect a comfortable victory in my favour. Let's see how the match unfolded next.</div>

<div class="text-justify">As expected, my line-up has been more powerful and forceful than my opponent's. One of the main advantages I had was that all my cards had attacking power. Also, <b>the presence of Close Range allowed me, in a hypothetical case, to allow Swamp Spitter to continue attacking if Diemonshark, Djinn Oshannus and River Hellondale were removed from the battlefield.</b> That's the main advantage that Close Range brings and that makes it a very destructive combination combined with Doctor Sloan.</div>

> <div class="text-justify">Como se esperaba mi alineación ha sido más poderosa y contundente que la de mi rival. Una de las principales ventajas que he tenido es que todas mis cartas tenían capacidad de ataque. Además, <b>la presencia de Close Range me permitía, en un hipotético caso, que Swamp Spitter pudiera seguir atacando si Diemonshark, Djinn Oshannus y River Hellondale fueran eliminados del campo de batalla.</b> Esa es la principal ventaja que aporta Close Range y que hace que combinado con Doctor Sloan sea una combinación muy destructiva.</div>
