Ha sido una semana muy larga, en la cuál no he tenido tiempo para casi nada más que trabajar y continuar pensando en el trabajo, pero hoy es un buen día para escribir un poco sobre el proceso de remodelación del lugar el cual habito.

Como ya les había comentado, mi día de descanso son los martes (aunque éste martes no se sintió el descanso en absoluto). Luego de haber arreglado un poco las grietas de las paredes tocó empezar a pintar y, así fue.

Anteriormente el cuarto estaba pintado de blanco y quise cambiarlo a un gris que no fuese tan fuerte y éste ha sido la mejor elección hasta el momento. </div>

Como el color que estaba de base era blanco, sólo bastaron dos manos de pintura para que el gris quedase hermosamente uniforme. </div>

Comencé a pintar a las 01:30pm y terminé cerca de las 08:00 pm. Mientras esperaba que todo quedase bien y poder cerciorarme de no tener que retocar nuevamente las áreas, una vez culminado con el gris realicé con pintura de aceite blanca un rodapie que combinase con los futuros marcos de las ventanas. </div>

> **I started painting at 1:30pm and finished around 8:00pm. While I was waiting for everything to look good and to make sure I didn't have to touch up the areas again, once I had finished with the gray I made a baseboard with white oil paint to match the future window frames.**

Una de las cosas que jamás pensé que fuese un poco complicado era el manejo de la pintura de aceite, además de que su olor es bastante fuerte, el proceso para poder quitarlo de la piel o el suelo es un poco tedioso, pero conseguimos el objetivo. </div>

> **One of the things I never thought would be a bit complicated was the handling of the oil paint, besides the fact that its smell is quite strong, the process to remove it from the skin or the ground is a bit tedious, but we achieved the goal.**

Y llegó el momento más esperado por mi, ese mismo día había llegado el piso de vinilo que había comprado para la habitación, se veía precioso nada más así enrollado, no cabía dentro de mí de la emoción, así que el trabajo más largo llegó en la noche, era hora de tomar las medidas para poder arreglarlo en la habitación. </div>

> **And the most awaited moment arrived for me, that same day the vinyl floor I had bought for the room had arrived, it looked beautiful just like that rolled up, it didn't fit inside me from the emotion, so the longest work came in the night, it was time to take the measurements to be able to fix it in the room.**

Luego de haber tomado casi cerca de dos horas el tomar todas las medidas bien en la habitación y con la noche sobre nosotros, no quedo más que dejar el trabajo hasta ese momento, así que aquí no les mostraré el resultado final porque aún falta pegar el piso, pero les puedo asegurar que el lugar se ve precioso. </div>

> **After taking almost two hours to take all the measurements well in the room and with the night over us, there was nothing left but to leave the work until that moment, so here I will not show you the final result because the floor still needs to be glued, but I can assure you that the place looks beautiful.**
