I been talking about the trend that is happening where almost everyone started building up steem.  

The last time Ive spoken about steem,  it was priced approx USD2.30 if I'm not mistaken,  or was it USD2.40 per steem.  

Today price is at USD4.04 , it shot up to an all time high.  How awesome is that.  So imagine if you been working your ass and build up to 1000 steem in the past when it's worth say USD 1, and if steem reached to a price of USD 5  , that 5 times worth in a blink of an eyes.  Damnnn. 

As for me, so long the value increases ,that is all that matters.  Still pretty good for something free to begin with.

So the wisest thing to do is keep posting, improving in creating good content, Engaged and have fun
Finally, repeat.  Just remain consistent.  

In no time,  every post you make has better value,  better value mean higher SBD. Collect as much as possible and purchase steem. 

As matter of fact you been building up your steem anyway.  How? So think about this. Let's say,  you been writing a little more. Assuming in total,  you received 10 steem a day, in 7 days X 10 a day,  that's 70 a week.  

After 7 days,  the total payout of 70 is divided into 3 areas.  

25% ( curator )  37.5% author steempower & 37.5% ( author SBD )

Curator : 17.5
Steempower author : 26.25
SBD author : 26.25

So,  let's say,  you repeat the whole exercise and be consistent..  

26.25 X 4 weeks (a month)  : 105sbd

105sbd X 8.69 as per current rate : 912usd 

912usd X 4 (Ringgit Malaysia approx currency rate) : RM3648

As for steem,  the current rate is USD4.04 as for now.  In the past it much much lower,  and it is going much much higher.

Let's go back to the basic, so you can see it clearly.  

Let's say 10 a day,  70 a week of steem for 4 weeks straight. 

As per current rate : 

NOT YOURS
Curator : 17.5 : RM1131.20 

YOUR CUT
Steempower author : RM1696.80
SBD author : 26.25 : RM3648 a month

Amount in the steempower can't be cash out immediately,  you can but it split equally for the next 13 weeks for the pay out when you power down.  So think of it as your EPF (Employee Provident Fund)  

So imagine , receiving in your bank account RM3648 and RM1696.80 put into your EPF, how cool is that. By doing what exactly?  Damnnnnn.  
All these doesn't include other reward for engaging with other Steemian and resteem Steemian content. 

So just by keep on posting,  you been building up your steem.  

If steemit keep going the way it is,  it might end up being a new religion.  LOL.
