They say *"Growth is constant"*, meaning that one continues to grow, even after death. This has been Sandra's believe in life. She has got it right with the phrase and that has been hard saving grace amidst the pandemic.
She got broke to the extent that she doesn't feel the said *"growth"* at all. 
She looked for money in divers ways but couldn't find it.
The lockdown tampered on her judgment about hookers, spoilt her shame for pleasurable way of life. At a point, she felt very lonely, needed a soulmate, the better half but couldn't find any because, everyone was on lockdown. 
She tried communicating with friends and family, but she had no airtime and her bank account is too low to borrow again.
One day, a male neighbor was cooking a very spiced food full of animals. She perceived the good aroma emanating from his window.
Sandra, being very hungry and ready to introduce herself to the cook went straight to him, did the *"Hello hi hi hi!!"*  stuff.
Mike welcomed the damsel into his humble abode, served her the meal with no intentions.
Sandra enjoyed the meal, wanted more and Mike was ever ready for any scene because it has been a while.
The next day, Mike called Sandra, telling her about the new rice and beans porridge he cooked. Sandra got it wrong by believing that Mike has money to fend for the both of them during the hash period, went straight to him and had her meal for the morning.
They say *"feelings grow when two are close to each other"*, that was the case of these two individuals. They began to love each other bit by bit which later grew to eating the forbidden fruit.
After few weeks on having good times with Mike, the lockdown was eased and there was movement around the city. Sandra went out to continue her job. In one of the discussions that she engaged herself in the factory, Mike's name was mentioned among the hoodlums that chattered away palatives that was given to the city and are being hunted by the police.
She felt very bad and unsafe in the relationship, went straight to Mike's house from work to ask him about the latest.
While she was going there, she felt a movement in her belly, vomited on the way and discovered that she was pregnant for him. On getting to his apartment, she noticed that all his windows were closed very firm. She knocked on the door, introduced herself before he let her in.
*"Mike, I have junior with me"*
*"He's developing now"*
Mike's face changed, his voice began to breakdown like radio loosing signal.
He replied saying
 *"developing now?!"* 
*"How?!"*
As he was questioning her, a heavy banging on the door was heard. He went to the door, requested to know who it was a deep voice said;
*"Freez!"*
*"It's the police!"*
*"Open the door or we'll force our way in!"*
Sandra collapsed, woke up in the hospital, only to discover that she was having stomach offset.
