Esta pregunta me llegó al privado esta semana. No me la hicieron directamente, aunque terminó para mí y por supuesto que respondí. La pregunta (me dijeron) se la está haciendo una cuenta influyente en Hive, que les adelanto, no me dijeron de quién se trata.

Tengo media vida en el mundo de la publicidad, ventas, marketing; desde que estudié Diseño Gráfico y también con mi marca. Entiendo sobre los procesos de promoción y desde que nació @valueplan como un proyecto para el marketing de Hive, han cambiado muchas cosas.

Existen muchos proyectos financiados por Valueplan al rededor del mundo, pero me quiero enfocar en tres, que se basan en el aspecto social. Uno que no deja un ROI directo, como pueden esperar muchos, pero el impacto es abrumador.

Lo primero que debemos aclarar es que el primer objetivo de la mayoría de los proyectos, es **Posicionamiento de Marca**. No se trata de hacer miles de cuentas nuevas como muchos quieren. Esto se trata de estar presente. Incluso las marcas ya establecidas y conocidas mundialmente, asignan parte de su presupuesto de publicidad, solo para estar presente; sin ninguna intención de aumentar números.

Así es como Valueplan financia tres proyectos hermosos, que generan un gran impacto en la población. El primero lo lidera @mcsamm y es un proyecto grandioso que lleva agua potable a pobladores de Ghana. Somos la única blockchain que ha hecho cosas como estas.

En días pasados, el youtuber Mr. Beast construyó 100 pozos y la repercusión mundial en los medios y redes sociales fue impresionante. Millones de piezas de contenido, creado para él por otras personas. Millones compartieron la noticia y todo el mundo hablaba de eso. Tenemos lo suficiente para hacer mucho ruido, solo falta hacerlo. Lo divulgamos como podemos pero nuestra voz no llega muy lejos. Quizás necesitamos pagar a influencers para que el mundo se entere que Hive construyó 14 pozos financiados por su comunidad.

El segundo proyecto lo lidera @hexagono6. Es increíble y también va a generar un gran impacto. Muchas vidas van a mejorar significativamente. 

Se trata de la [construcción de una panadería que servirá de sustento,](https://peakd.com/hive-189306/@hexagono6/hive-is-present-in-my-school) a un colegio de niños especiales con autismo. El terreno fue donado por una empresa y tiene años sin usarse. Gracias a Valueplan se está construyendo una panadería ahí y que será atendida por los mismos estudiantes. Esto les traerá ingresos al colegio, además de ayudar en el desarrollo de los alumnos y crear un impacto positivo en la localidad de vecinos.

El tercer proyecto es Hive va a la Escuela. Ya casi cumpliendo dos años de formación en diferentes colegios. Lo lidero yo @danielvehe 😁.

Estamos transformando la educación. Y es que son tantas cosas maravillosas que se aprenden en Hive que tenemos la materia más poderosa en los colegios. Hemos llegado muy lejos, incluso traspasado las fronteras hacia España. También hemos estado en colegios de muy bajos recursos, siendo pioneros en llevar la tecnología a las aulas. Muchas veces fuimos la única clase de la semana, en colegía públicos con maestros que no les pagan y no dan clases. Fuimos un oasis para los chicos.

Estos tres proyectos no traen inversión directa, ni nuevos usuarios, ni desarrolladores (aunque en Hive va a la Escuela se están cambiando las cosas). Sin embargo el gran impacto que generan, lo pueden atraer de forma indirecta, solo hay que mostrarlo, vender que Hive es la mejor blockchain social. Esto abre muchas puertas. He sido recibido en muchos medios de comunicación que no me habrían invitado si solo les hablaba de una criptomoneda. En cambio cuando conocen sobre el proyecto social, nos atienden con gusto.

Valueplan ha generado mucho contenido sobre proyectos sociales. Ahora solo falta la estrategia perfecta para que llegue a gente indicada. Por mi parte estoy haciendo los ajustes para que **Hive va a la Escuela** de el siguiente salto.

Recuerden que para vender, hace falta que el cliente haya visto el producto siete veces en promedio, sobretodo si es online. Por las características de Hive, esto puede ser mayor, ya que cargamos el peso de ser "cripto" y eso nos limita en mucho sentido. Además de educar para crear una necesidad, debemos romper con el paradigma del "Pump and Dump".

Así que sí; Valueplan ha traído logros asombrosos a Hive. Pudiera escribir miles de post sobre el tema, incluyendo otros proyectos; esto solo fue una pequeñita reflexión.
