I must say the topic of this post caught my attention. i've read through this post and the science or biology is interesting. I couldn't find much info about the blockchain to be used or how to be used.  the projects they list and its platform operates with the help of compliance officers who are dedicated to selecting, screening and certifying ICO projects before they are allowed to join the platform.
Everything looks fine to me but the investment is little bit high, but if someone can arrange it he can really earn a hell of a money. Social media users spend many hours per day creating, sharing and viewing content – but they don’t earn anything from it.

Shivom is the base for health care providers. They add their applications and services through the ecosystem of genomics. Project participants can own their genomic data. They have the opportunity to control the rights of access to it and receive rewards when and if they want to share it.

I'm reading that genetic engineering and deciphering the human genome are the greatest tasks and achievements of mankind.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines genomics as

> "A branch of biotechnology associated with the application of methods of genetics and molecular biology to genetic mapping and sequencing of DNA sets of genes or complete genomes of individual organisms, with the organization of results in databases, and with the use of data (both in medicine and in biology).

This project has a lot of advantages. One of them is that it is based on a block chain. It allows you to use the most advanced technology and provide the next level of data confidentiality. Perhaps the future of health care for similar projects.
I recommend everyone to get acquainted with the site and the white budmage of this project. I am sure for myself you will find a lot of useful information.

As someone who works at Illumina (a leader in Genomics technology), I agree that Genomics will play a huge role in medicine/healthcare and will be a frontier similar to space or electronics.

As you mentioned sequencing the genome was like sending a man to the moon, but as Sydney Brenner once said the easy part is to put man on the moon but "The hard part is bringing him back.” And so the hard part of the genome sequence is getting back or interpreting the data that it carries.  A great post and I think a very important issue is the privacy issues and what companies will do with your genomic information.  It may look like a 3 billion letter code but those 3 billion letters in each of our genomes has a lot of unexplored information.  But that information has the potential for abuse in the wrong hands.
