We all know that we are supposed to go to college and the probably some university and then end up working for some company. This is what has been taught to us by our parents and our school teacher. So, I decided to follow more on Linkedin and how the companies recruit their employees. I was surprised by the fact which I found. According to various companies, more than 53% of all job applications contain inaccurate information just to impress the employers. Another interesting fact which I came to know was that more than one-third of jobs are filled through referrals. I thought that these are not fair as someone deserving will not get a chance to work in some good company just because others are lying in their resume or someone has a better connection.
That's when I decided to look for other alternatives. Recently, I encountered a company called SpringRole- which is kind of similar to LinkedIn but with various additional features. So, I decided to dig deeper and find out more about the company and how they work.

[SpringRole ](https://springrole.com/)uses ERC20 token which is created on Ethereum blockchain. The company has released 2.55 billion SPRING tokens for sale. The company will organize pre-Sale from 1st June 2018-15th June 2018 and the main sale from 1st July 2018- 31st July 2018. The tokens will be sold at a rate of 1 SPRING token= 0.00002 ETH. However, you need to remember the fact that the company will only accept Ether as a mode of payment for the SPRING tokens.
