so a few weeks ago while at Walmart, I saw fallout 4 for pc for only $20.00 us. being a fan of Bethesda and a cheapskate I picked it up. after a few adjustments and tweaks, I got it playing on my laptop. this rekindled my love of the game series so I went on Amazon and ordered fallout 3 and fallout new vegas ultimate edition. fallout 3 also came with elder scrolls oblivion and both installed and ran fine on my laptop. then I went to install fallout new vegas I was prompted for the key code and typed it in. I received the message that the code already used on another account. i looked at the shipping invoice from the seller and instead of sending me a new game he had sent me a used one so I lost $22.00.
