### We found this Log lying by the shore at Waskesiu Lake last Summer. Stood there awhile as the waves continually rolled in, it was relaxing to watch! ###

Beautiful photo. I like the concept behind taking these photographs. The camera quality is great and the position at which the photos were taken are amazing, despite been in a wet environment.

From the looks on the log of wood, I think it is a hardwood, probably an oak.

This is much more interesting since you found it lying there! I've seen other people taking pictures like this. However, they had placed the piece of wood in a certain spot in order to get the perfect picture!
