It certainly is a beautiful and picturesque spot! This is one of the occasions where it *"loses something"* in black-and-white because of the many vibrant blues and greens.

Mountain lakes are always picturesque. I think it would be hard to take a bad picture. The color version is definitely my favorite here, because that gradient from clear water to reflections of blue and then green is such a key aspect of the scene.
