Saludos 💪🏼 Son posturas que para lograr hacerlas hay que entrenar en ello ya que a primer momento se puede hacer pero no aguantar tanto, la idea es hacer ejercicios que se enfoquen en los músculos que trabajan en la postura que queremos realizar. Muchas gracias por tu comentario brot 💪🏼🔥
