___You cannot start your day uninspired and afraid to conquer your dreams. Let the night refuel your body and fill it with the strength and energy that it needs to tackle the obstacles that await tomorrow.___

It's takes a man sacrifice, determination and positive thought to achieve its goals, every thoughts lead to two ways; bad or good! Its take a wise of men to control his thoughts in order to get a good result and not bad results.

One thing a man has power over mostly is that of your thoughts, no one can control it but you alone, let your thoughts be of positive! 

You could go to bed angrier than a fainting goat, or you could let your subconscious wander and realize that anger will not lead to a better tomorrow. A better tomorrow starts with a good sleep tonight. don't think of that failure, pick your race tomorrow and continue pursuit your goals, don't be discouraged with the results you, continue working hard to accomplish your goals!

Stop the cyclone in your head and fall to sleep, there is nothing  you do bring back today, it's gone! Don't stay in your past, relieve your heavy mind tonight, and you’ll be 100% energetic tomorrow to continue your race! Don't relent in your efforts in pursuit your of goals and dreams!
