Some individuals can be ethical yet not excellent doing it.  while others can be ethical with the touch of excellence.  For this post, i will emphasize on the latter. 

Ethics are code of conduct that dictates what is acceptable and what is not. 

Excellence is given attention to details. It's doing something that needs to be done so well. It does not mean expensive or excessive. it's taking into consideration the details of every aspect of your expression.

Some areas ethics with touch of  excellence should be expressed are:

**Ethics of speaking:** I try never to use foul words no matter the situation. I consiously guard my mouth never to talk people down.  I strive to add value and build people up with my words. When i'm to pass a corrective message across i find possible means to get my listener sober, understanding but not insulted.  Practicing all this helps me acquire and sustain good and valuable relationship at different level. Excellence in speech requires developing good communication skill.. The major pillars of productive communication are Positive Energy, Attention and Value.


**Ethics of dressing and appearance:** It's mostly said that you will be addressed by the way you appear and dress.. So I try as much as possible to get information about who I'm meeting and the kind of atmosphere, this can dictate the specific mode of dressing and appearance.  Not just that,  I value myself and this makes me take care of my personal hygiene, dress myself well as occasion demands.  You can dress as you desire. Although! the magic is in spotting the thin line between being cultured and uncultured. Excellence in dressing requires moderation. Being decent by all means. 


**Ethics of relating:**  I have upline relationships ( those above me ), online relationship (those within my level) and downline relationship (those I'm privileged to be above in one way or the other). I relate with all level of relationship using same Respect and  Honnor approach. No more no less. Excellence in relating requires giving value, emphaty, detailed hospitality, time management, self and lavatory hygiene, etc.


**Ethics of eating:** Lols!! many individuals get carried away when faced with nice foods..  This happens to me severally while growing up, but i know better now thou. Lols!..  Now i consciosly discipline my hunger for food in any event. Preferably I eat before leaving my home. Lols!..  Eat moderately and decently. Excellence in eating requires knowing when, what and how to eat per-time.

***Conclusively; i will say that people accept your personality before your proposal, presentation or achievement. It is therefore very expedient to be excellently ethical with everything we do within and without, inorder to acquire and sustain good and valuable relationship with people. The kind and value of relationships we have with people also contribute essentially to achieving our desired altitude in life.***
