#去中心化的人力资源（decentralizingHR）

我正在修改 Oracles 系统，以便每个 oracle 成员都有 100 点来分配他们的投票。这意味着他们可以从 1 到 100 名社区成员投票，他们决定分发多少分。每个月都会对投票进行统计和公布。每个投票成员将获得一定比例的预算，使得最低薪成员每月至少获得 1,000 ENU。这与备用的超级节点每天至少获得 100 ENU 的方式几乎相同，具体取决于他们的投票方式。
