#22kill push up challenge - Day 18

Let's talk about eating healthy. I've done some study on eating eggs. There's some controversy about how cholesterol causing chronicle disease and middle age man like myself should avoid egg yolk. But, none of the study I found online relate those diseases. No doubt, egg yolk is high fat, but it's also very high in nutrition.

Do you know there's thi urban saying amongst the Asian guys? Eating more egg whites helps to produce more semens. LOL. I also did some study on that. Technically, the major ingredient of semen is water, iron and protein. So, if there's anything a Chinese guy thinking to eat and generate more sperm, it's supposed to be the yolk, which contain more selenium, good for reproduction. Below is an unrelated Korean movie, parental guide yo. Start from 13:25 and please try to watch it until 16:20.

May be I did thought of this movie whilst having my breakfast, eggs. Decided to meet my client for lunch at Seoul Station. I had some Kimchi, a hug bowl of Korean fried chicken rice, absolutely tasty! And totally forgotten I want to lose weight.

Meeting continued at the Brussels, since this is not a restaurant review, I'm just going to quickly grind through some of these healthy daily routine. Roast pork and a glass of Mocha. Client had a beer.

Dinner is fried noodle soaked in egg broth. Once again, more eggs. If food is really what the Chinese traditional thinking, I think I'll grow more than 2 balls now. I think I need a bigger crotch pants so I can fit all my eggs under.

Push up of 18 days, there's only 4 days left. Looking back, I did improved a lot. Feels alot easier nowadays. Despite I'm not doing full form, but I can now easily achieve the numbers. Will I continue to do it? I don't know, may be? May be not? But I think I wanted to make this a long term workout experience, set a fixed routine for me to keep working. In the end, sustainability is the key, to maintain a slightly healthier lifestyle.(Don't laugh)

Looking good man. That's an interesting bit about the egg yolks. 

When I was a teenager I wanted to be like Rocky, and forced myself to drink whole eggs in a glass raw, just like Rocky. I must admit that it was terribly nasty to me, but I did it anyway and felt just like Rocky.

Well, I think if you are confused about the urban saying and the traditional Chinese thought, eat the yellow and white to cover all bases. Funny, in the USA, eggs are something that are healthy then unhealthy from year to year depending on the latest science. That mocha looks ultra fancy by the way, but best to not think about the calorie count and grams of sugar.

Well, I already did the research on the egg, I haven't throw the yellow away even before I do the research.  But once again, yellow was the one used to be calling the cholesterol enhancer. My mom still wouldn't allow my dad eat the yolk despite doc said it's safe.
