Have you ever been double posting due to technical error? I had one yesterday, with my own supporting product #esteem. What a bummer! I've heard complaints, where people author a post, after posted found out some amendment needed. Within very short time they edit immediately, submit the changes and bam! Become 2 identical posts. It wasn't so bad if nobody else upvote it, we can still delete the post from the condenser. However, there are some user auto vote me at 0 minute! Ouch!

So, I quickly make another major changes to the double posted entry, change the content and photographs. Luckily my first tag is a common #steem tag. So I can actually changed the rest of the tags, and make the post look better and with a different content. By the time I finish changing the post, it was already paid $0.92. But I checked the actual voting value, it was supposed to be $1.6 already. In view of that, I understand that is the HF21 thing, any posts that has less than 20steem payout, a big bunch of the payout will be taxed for SPS and back to reward pool as far as I know. One of the nearest safe bet is to turn to my #estm point, by selecting BOOST from the 3 little dot from the right. Do make sure #esteemapp have not voted the post yet.

Input the amount of #estm wish to redeem. Note that I've requested to $3.145 because I know my post already have $0.92, so sacrificing my 1600ESTM should suffice to safe guard my payout.

After carefully selected the amount of #estm I wish to exchanged, then hit CONFIRM, and it will be auto direct back to the profile page. I can't remember if there's a wording show "successfully boosted" or something, or submit for review. I do know all these boosted post are still subjected to review, but I'm pretty sure my post quality are OK. I know I can boost this post without a refund, for one reason. I have posted an original #esteem post, but this was a accidental double post, which I have altered the content to make it does not look like a double post. And the content does have beef in it, so don't call me spam. Since #esteem voting my first post, it will not be back within 24 hours. So, it's safe for me to boost this post.
