Yes. Copying an article without citing it is the same as taking something and saying that it is yours.
Whilst copying is tolerated to some extent (usually you'll only get cheetah bot commenting something), claiming content as your own can cause serious problems.

You should edit your post now to include the link. You don't even have to find the link to the article, as cheetah has supplied it for you!
