Once again, I would like to offer one full upvote to the the first person who writes a comment on this post.

One full upvote is presently worth approximately 19 cents (but the actual value may change due to the SteemIt reward pool size).

It's not much, but why not?

Rules:
- Only the first comment will be upvoted.
- The comment must be a proper positive comment and more than four words (at my discretion).
-  All other comments will be ignored - I will not upvote them (well, they might get a 1% upvote).

Yes, it's a competition - the wording is almost exactly the same, as with other competitions here on SteemIt.

I don't think Cheetah should be posting on 'competition' categories.

Positive is a word difficult to speak 
In a discussion like this you have to explain your definition of positiv
For example in an equation two times positive is negative 
Something positive for you is maybe the opposite for everybody else
To Keep it short you said minimum four positiv 
I am splendor today so I wrote more then four times  the word you wanted to here

Since nobody in this contest wrote four times positiv 
I am the logical winner

But to not disturb the peaceful harmony

Could you please explain further?

Why is it comment spam? It is simply adding some fun to Steemit - it is not as though I expect to get many comments as the competition is over very quickly - in a matter of minutes, in fact. There are other competitions which generate many many comments.

I don't understand if the "edit" part is supposed to be positive or negative.

people are commenting on posts all over with vapid comments in the hope of a reward.  The sole point of this post is for a person to post a banal pleastary as a comment.

There is nothing wrong with this I see flags as downvotes, nothing to get worked up about just me saying I don't like this form of post.
