So, "What next?", I thought.

Well, I don't like vegetables and I don't like fruit. It's a fact!
I may have had an allergy to certain foodstuffs when I was young, so that might have something to do with it, but, generally, if I am to eat fruit and veg, then I have to force myself to do it.

I once went vegetarian and I lost so much weight, it was unbelievable, but that's not surprising really, considering it severely reduced my eating options.

Which brings me to today's choice of song.... At over 100 kg, I'm thinking about going vegetarian again...
