Si hay algo en lo que ustedes mis amigos músicos de Hive y yo podemos coincidir es que, ser músico es algo que lleva bastante esfuerzo, y lleva un extra de esfuerzo, más si vives en latinoamerica.
>If there is something that you, my Hive musician friends and I can agree on, it is that being a musician is something that takes a lot of effort, and it takes extra effort, even more if you live in Latin America.

No se cuantos de ustedes al igual que mi persona han tenido que contestar la pregunta de "¿a que te dedicas?" o "¿En que trabajas?" y contestar con un "soy músico" y tener que retener en lo más profundo de tu ser ese impulso de contestar con tu ausencia cuando te dicen "Ah ok, pero y ¿que más haces?"... Ser músico en si es ya bastante ocupado y se que ustedes lo sabrán si se dedican a este hermoso arte.

Para ser músico no solo hay que revelarse contra el sistema que nos rodea y nos impide ir en busca de nuestra felicidad, sino que también hay que estudiar armonía para comprender como trabajar con otros músicos, estudiar la ejecución de tu instrumento, en mi caso puntual también he estudiado producción musical por mi propia cuenta y, si como yo eres cantante, te conviene muchísimo estudiar acerca de como crear mejores dinámicas sociales con el público y crear hábitos diarios en cuanto a tu forma de respirar, ejercitarte y caminar para poder tener un mejor desempeño a la hora de salir al escenario.
>To be a musician you not only have to rebel against the system that surrounds us and prevents us from going in search of our happiness, but you also have to study harmony to understand how to work with other musicians, study the execution of your instrument, in my case I have also studied music production on my own and, if like me you are a singer, you should study a lot about how to create better social dynamics with the public and create daily habits in terms of your breathing, exercise and walking to have a better performance when it comes to go on stage.

Aunque todo esto es importante en mi vida artística he tenido la oportunidad de meditar y sacar conclusiones acerca de como podemos educarnos para ser mejores músicos y a la vez personas tomando en cuenta 5 pilares fundamentales:

# 1. Formación | Training

Una vez mi padre me dijo de una manera muy sabia que cuando pasaste un día sin aprender algo perdiste ese dia de tu vida para siempre, y no podía estar más en lo correcto, pero, no es solo aprender algo, es aprender algo que sinceramente queramos aprender porque el cerebro tiene una limitada capacidad de espacio para almacenar información, así que, debemos de aprender todo aquello que nos vuelva mejores y nos edifique y que siempre podamos cubrir diferentes áreas de nuestras vidas, no solo en la música, sino también en el aspecto humano.
>Once my father told me in a very wise way that when you spend a day without learning something you lost that day of your life forever, and he could not be more right, but, it is not just learning something, it is learning something that we sincerely want to learn because the brain has a limited capacity of space to store information, so, we must learn everything that makes us better and builds us and that we can always cover different areas of our lives, not only in music, but also in the human aspect.

# 2. Dinero | Money

Lo se... Este es un tema del cual muchos aquí podemos sentirnos frustrados. Ser músicos también significa invertir en nuestra carrera. Y hablo no solo en base a invertir en conocimiento o instrumentos, sino también en aspectos como nuestras giras, tours de prensa, publicidad, producciones de albums o singles que queramos sacar, etc... El dinero es muy importante y es un punto que debemos tener muy claro y que siempre hay que invertirlo de la mejor manera posible para optimizar los resultados que queramos conseguir.
>I know... This is an issue that many of us here can feel frustrated about. Being musicians also means investing in our career. And I'm not only talking about investing in knowledge or instruments, but also in aspects such as our tours, press tours, publicity, productions of albums or singles that we want to release, etc... Money is very important and it is a point that we must have very clear and that we must always invest it in the best possible way to optimize the results we want to achieve.

# 3. Tiempo | Time

Este es un factor fundamental y a la vez el que menos tienes cuando te metes de una manera apasionada en esta carrera. A pesar de que este recurso es el que más escaso es, es también increíble como muchas personas lo malgastan sin tener conciencia de que jamás volverán a recuperarlo, por ello les recomiendo invertirlo de la manera más sabia posible con las personas que mayores beneficios les traigan al compartirlo.
>This is a fundamental factor and at the same time the one you have the least when you get into this career in a passionate way. Although this resource is the scarcest, it is also incredible how many people waste it without being aware that they will never get it back, so I recommend you to invest it in the wisest way possible with the people who will bring you the most benefits by sharing it.

# 4. Cuerpo | Body

Es muy importante cuidar el medio de transporte que utilizamos para nuestras actividades diarias y no hablo solamente del carro o la moto o la bicicleta, hablo del más importante, el cuerpo.
>It is very important to take care of the means of transportation we use for our daily activities and I am not only talking about the car or the motorcycle or the bicycle, I am talking about the most important one, the body.

Cuando tenemos un cuerpo que no esta al 100% nuestro desempeño no será optimo y con ello nuestros resultados también estarán al mínimo. Específicamente escribiendo a esto mi cuerpo esta a menos de su capacidad habitual debido a que tengo una infección en la garganta la cual me ha inhabilitado para cumplir con un compromiso el día de hoy y debido a ello he recapacitado en la importancia de mi salud por lo cual quiero también a través de este post transmitirles a ustedes la consciencia de poder mantener un cuerpo con sus capacidades al máximo.
>When we have a body that is not at 100% our performance will not be optimal and with that our results will also be at a minimum. Specifically writing to this my body is at less than its usual capacity because I have a throat infection which has disabled me to meet a commitment today and because of this I have rethought the importance of my health so I also want through this post to convey to you the awareness of being able to maintain a body with its capabilities to the fullest.

# 5. Mentalidad | Mindset

Este es tal vez el más complicado de todos los pilares para mantener, debido a que vivimos en una sociedad que nos llena de estimulos negativos que refuerzan nuestra perdida de confianza y autoestima y se nos hace un camino muy cuesta arriba para poder triunfar.
>This is perhaps the most complicated of all the pillars to maintain, because we live in a society that fills us with negative stimuli that reinforce our loss of confidence and self-esteem and makes it a very hard road to succeed.


Sinceramente este es el que más me ha costado mantener y lo reforzado mediante la lectura de algunos libros que me han ayudado a comprenderme mejor y comprender mejor la vida para a la vez entender como avanzar.
>Honestly, this is the one that has been the hardest for me to maintain and I have reinforced it by reading some books that have helped me to understand myself better and to better understand life in order to understand how to move forward.

Si mantienes una mentalidad correcta podrás avanzar hacia donde tu quieras pero cuando mantienes una que no te conviene solo por comodidad verás como tus sueños se ven envueltos en un halo de sombras para desaparecer en lo más profundo del reino de lo inexistente.
>If you maintain a correct mentality you will be able to advance towards where you want but when you maintain one that does not suit you just for convenience you will see how your dreams are wrapped in a halo of shadows to disappear into the depths of the realm of the non-existent.
