In all reality who couldn't see this coming?  The closer we got to election day they'd put heavy emphasis on the virus, not just here in the US but in foreign countries who'd love to see him get ousted because their purse strings on have altered and they don't like it.  

Most people realize the uptick in cases is among the younger people heading back into colleges and schools.  It's a virus, without a vaccine or some other cure it's going to spread.   There's nothing Joe Biden is going to do that will make any difference unless of course his close association with China and they just happen to have that long  awaited vaccine at the handy for him.   Using it to fear monger people away from the polls for political gain really isn't right, they should be honest with people and tell them what's causing the uptick and to take necessary precautions when going to the polls, wear a face covering, stay distant from others, take your own pen/pencil, sanitize your hands afterwards.
