These investigations had been going on way prior to Biden thinking about let alone announcing a presidential bid.  You'd better believe that Giuliani wasn't stupid enough not to record every step they took along the way.  That's one thing  criminals like Parnas, Fruman and Firtash so commonly miscalculate.  Parnas said basically he is under the impression Nunes went there for that reason, he has no direct knowledge a meeting even occurred.  This is how desperate the democrats are right now willing to make deals with criminals whose crimes they are facing have nothing to do with the investigation that was underhand at the time, an investigation that the Nunes and his team are steps ahead of the democrats in....which when the former president of Ukraine was still in power they had no worries about as those bringing forth the needed evidence was not being taken seriously....until Guiliana started listening to them.  Then the president lost his election bid and a new president was put into place, Biden got real worried about that and stepped forward four days after he was elected and announced his bid to run for president.  It was the last hope he had of stopping the investigation, that was to tie Trump up and anyone else involved in investigating him as it would seem like Trump soliciting a foreign government against his opponent, if the president of Ukraine hadn't lost his re election bid Biden would have never ran. That's what this whole thing is all about, getting rid of Trump so they can halt the investigations into all his wrong doing....but like I said they are way out front in this ballgame this time and they'd had better come better armed then to say stuff like this:

Nunes isn't playing around, he already has his cards to  play, he wouldn't start unfolding his hand if he didn't nor would spend the time and resources bringing liable suits against CNN and others if he didn't know he could solidly prove them wrong.
