If the truth of the matter was no vote against witnesses, then perpetrators were acting like a shun for the whole drama.

Geez I wonder if so where ever could they have gotten such a notion.  Oh, yeah, when the democrats decided against taking a vote on impeachment and held up in a basement holding secretive inquiries.  Taking a vote would have allowed the Repubicans full judicial rights of the proceeding, like questioning witnesses and seeing documents.  

This, not the republicans, were an an example of something played really, really bad.  At the beginning of the impeachment inquiry republicans asked are we going to be allowed to bring documents, issue subpoena's, have witnesses and the democrats said let's figure that out later.  In any other inquiry it wouldn't have been done this way, in any inquiry you decide first about witnesses so both sides can build their case around the witnesses and documents that would be part of the inquiry.  

Little Schiff mini me that you are becoming John Bolton never said that Trump said "hold the aid on Ukraine until they publicly smear Joe Biden",  you are embellishing upon the quote, which Trump denied nor did Lev Parnas ever claim he put physical surveillance on the ambassador, he said he received telephone calls from a drunk person he knew who told he that he had the ambassador under surveillance.

That's exactly how the democrats decided to play their game by not being honest, not acting in good faith when they chose to hide in a basement and not play by the rules of the game. Then when the republicans dish it back out at them they want to cry foul.  Maybe next time they'll deal out a better hand then one will be extended back to them, until then stop crying about the failure of your own party to play by the rules.
