 Hola amigos, hoy les voy a compartir un nutritivo y delicioso batido de mango, lo hice para  acompañar mi almuerzo. El mango es uno de los frutos tropicales más exquisito, su color va desde el verde, amarillo y anaranjado hasta llegar al rojo. Cuando no está totalmente maduro su sabor es un poco ácido. Es una fruta que aporta muchas vitaminas al organismo, sobre todo vitamina C. El jugo es muy fácil de hacer es muy económico y rendidor. Espero le guste y disfruten de esta receta.

Excelente jugo amigo , ideal para tomarlo en una tardecita de esas en donde nos entretenemos con la tv  o para compartir con nuestros amigos cuando nos visitan . Me encanta ese batido tropital ,siempre querras probar mas y mas . Un gran saludo .

Una deliciosa receta en verdad, también he utilizado unas gotitas de vainilla para resaltar el sabor del mango, es un buen secreto a voces para todos. Para mi con mucho hielo. @davidpena21
