Summer in Naples is always characterized by long sunny periods interspersed with short storms. The next interval seems to be very far away to come and now the heat is intensifying. The proof is that in the afternoon today, as the sun went down, there was an increase in temperatures instead of a decrease as normally happens.

After a Sunday day spent reading articles on the current world geopolitical situation and watching videos, in the evening, I came down for the usual daily jogging session. When opening the actifit application I noticed the new interface that allows you to collect rewards to achieve a milestone of steps in particular at 5k, 7k, 10k and the simple opening of the application for the first time a day.

Today, rather than running, I have preferred to walk around to reflect on how to combat the resistance that has always prevented me from starting the entrepreneurial activity to which I am destined in the field of informatics. Fighting against enemies and problems of life is certainly much easier than fighting against yourself. Because as strong as you can be, you can never be stronger than yourself and your body’s bad habits. It’s the ultimate challenge, but there’s only one life, and I can’t afford to lose it.

Today, taking the picture for my Iamalivechallenge I noticed that I am more tired and worried than usual but I didn’t insist so much to try to take a better one. I prefer to show myself for what I am and not for what I want to appear that is always alive and in the ball. As warriors as we are, we can never win all the battles of life. The important thing will be to conclude the war victoriously and sometimes you have to retreat to rest and find the right strategy to counterattack.
