El agua es un recurso muy preciado en nuestro planeta y mucho más en el universo, con él podemos hacer variedad de preparaciones a base de ella. Hoy les comparto esta rutina con estos productos que puedes adquirir en tu supermercado mas cercano  para que realices cada mes durante todo un dia.

- 6:00 am: te tomaras una copa de este ron te ayudará a limpiar tu cuerpo y desintoxicar; espera alrededor de una hora para desayunar.


- 1:00 pm: acompañaras tu almuerzo con un vaso de este delicioso refresco, el dulce es bueno para tu cuerpo pero no en exceso.

- 5:00 pm: Tarde ideal para compartir con tus amigos o familia con una copa de ponche, solo una jeje

- 7:30 pm: con tu cena te servirá una copa de esta sangría , si deseas le puedes agregar frutica picada de manzana o pera.

Sigueme para mas consejos espero que te sirva, se que te sentiras mejor y recuerda no tomar de mas; pero si lo haces que sea en un lugar seguro.😉

Water is a very precious resource on our planet and much more in the universe, with it we can make a variety of preparations based on it. Today I share with you this routine with these products that you can buy in your nearest supermarket to do every month for a whole day.

6:00 am: you will drink a glass of this rum will help you cleanse your body and detoxify; wait about an hour to have breakfast.
1:00 pm: you will accompany your lunch with a glass of this delicious soda, the sweet is good for your body but not in excess.

5:00 pm: Ideal afternoon to share with your friends or family with a glass of punch, just one hehe.

7:30 pm: with your dinner you will be served a glass of this sangria, if you wish you can add chopped apple or pear fruit.
