**Greetings, fellow gamer humans, how’s it going...**

This week the @splinterlands team has asked us to talk about combos or lineups that generally work well in battle. So, I’d like to share with you this strategy that I find very effective and that can sometimes **counter** certain cards in the game.

This lineup is based on the Archon **Fithe Bladestone** from the Fire class and the synergies it has with dwarves and some other cards from that class. But let’s get started, like a soccer coach explaining player positions and the reasons behind them. That said, let’s begin:

### **🛡️DEFENSE**

**Drybone Megalodon**
This card defends like a champion thanks to its solid stats, but the best part is that it gives the card in the second position the **Reach** ability, even if it doesn’t have it natively. This allows them to both hold the line and attack effectively. It’s quite an interesting combo.

**Grimbardun Fighter**
This card has seen a lot of play since most cards from this class moved to Wild format. It has the Bloodline ability, which is very useful for withstanding magic attacks and, on the other hand, can also hold up against melee attacks. Generally, this card is placed in the first or second position depending on the mana cost available for the battle.

### **🗡️ATTACKERS**

**Portly Cannoneer**
Our little guy is an excellent attacker, but where he truly shines is in giving a melee attack buff to other cards, and in this lineup, the first two cards meet this requirement. Additionally, thanks to being a dwarf, he has Bloodline, which grants extra defense.

**Ashen Cindergrim**
This dwarf shines with its magic attack and can slowly chip away at the enemy while withstanding some damage thanks to Bloodline and the defense buff provided by the Archon.

### **⚡FLANKS (SIDE CARDS)**

**Surly Drunk**
One of the best Fire cards since it has a very low mana cost, which means you can include it in almost every battle. This rascal focuses on attacking the opponent’s backline to dismantle their formation. It’s a very good card that also benefits from the dwarf’s attack buff.

**Kha'zi Fire Mage**
Although this card contributes significantly to offense, I also feel it serves a defensive role because, when placed in the last position, it has a high chance to dodge melee attacks thanks to its stats, which provides passive support to help secure the victory.

### WHEN DO I USE THIS LINEUP?

I generally use this lineup in battles where I have medium to high mana, since with low mana the synergies won’t be as effective.
The key to this lineup is bringing the Archon, the dwarf that buffs attack, and the attacking dwarf. The remaining positions can be filled with whatever cards you have available.

As you can see, this is a very interesting lineup because it can help you in matches against those annoying mages, while also allowing you to have a strong melee attack thanks to the dwarf.

Remember: the higher the level of your **Summoner** and your cards, the better the synergies and the stronger the **stats** of your card pool will be.

Saludos humanos gamers como van...

Esta semana el equipo de @splinterlands nos ha pedido que hablemos del tema de combos o alineaciones que generalmente funcionan en batalla. Así que quisiera compartir con ustedes esta estrategia que me parece muy funcional y en ocasiones le puede hacer **counter** a algunas cartas del juego.
Esta alineación se basa en el arconte **Fithe Bladestone** de la clase de Fuego y las sinergias que tiene con los enanos y algunas cartas de dicha clase. Pero bueno vamos a empezar como un profesor de un partido de futbol a decir en que posición van y el porque. Dicho esto comencemos:


CARTAS Y SU PAPEL EN CADA POSICIÓN

DEFENSAS

Drybone Megalodon
Esta carta defiende como campeón ya que tiene unos buenos stats, pero lo mas bueno es que tiene la habilidad de dar a la carta en segunda posición  la habilidad de **reach** así no sea nativa. Con lo que pueden aguantar y atacar muy bien . Es un combo bien interesante.

Grimbardun Fighter
Esta ha carta ha visto mucho juego gracias a que la mayoría de cartas de dicha clase se fueron a wild. Esta carta posee la habilidad de linea de Sangre la cual es muy útil para aguantar ataques mágicos y por otro lado también aguanta ataques melee. Generalmente esta carta esta en primera posición o en segunda según sea el costo de mana que tengamos para jugar.

ATACANTES

Portly Cannoneer
Nuestro pequeñín es un excelente atacante, pero donde brilla mas , es que da un bufo de ataque a las cartas con daño melee y en esta alineación las 2 primeras cumplen este requisito. Aparte de que tiene linea de sangre por ser enana con la que obtiene una defensa adicional.


Ashen Cindergrim
Este enano brilla por su ataque mágico y puede ir destruyendo al enemigo poco a poco y aguantar algún daño gracias a la linea de Sangre y el bufo de defensa que le brinda el archons.


LATERALES

Surly Drunk
Es una de las mejores cartas de fuego ya que tiene un costo de mana muy pequeño con lo que prácticamente lo podes llevar en casi todas sus partidas. Nuestro rectil se encarga de ir atacando a las lineas laterales enemigas para ir destruyendo la composición enemiga. Muy buena carta y también se beneficia del bufo de ataque del enano.


Kha'zi Fire Mage
Aunque ayuda mucho en ataque también siento que cumple una función de defensa ya que si esta en ultima posición tiene muchas probabilidades de esquivar ataques melee gracias a sus stats con lo que hace un trabajo pasivo para ayudar a conseguir la victoria.

GENERALMENTE CUANDO LA USO ?
Esta alineación generalmente la uso en partidas donde tenga mana intermedio o alto ya que si tienes poco mana las sinergias no serán tan buenas.
Lo importante de esta alineación es llevar el archons, el enano que bufa el ataque de los demás y la enana que ataca. Ya las otras posiciones las puedes complementar con las cartas que poseas.




ALGUNAS BATALLAS
Bueno llegamos a lo bueno las batallas. Aquí encontraran mas explicado el concepto de como funciona esta alineación que me parece bien interesante.

Como pueden ver esta una alineación muy interesante ya que te puede ayudar en partidas contra esos molestos magos, como también a tener un ataque melee poderoso gracias al enano.
Recuerda que entre mayor sea el nivel de tu **invocador** y tus cartas las sinergias serán mejor al igual que los **stats** de tu pool de cartas.
