This card is best known for his high health with low mana - 4 mana gives us 2 attack, 3 speed and 6 life. On level 4 it gets Void, making it a great choice against magic heavy teams paired with Owster Rotwell.

Unfortunately it is often replaced with Haunted Spirit, which for 5 Mana ha 2 attack, 2 speed, 7 health and even healing. On higher levels it even gets magic reflect and void shield making Animated Corpse almost completely obsolete.
Almost, as this card can still be used in the Little League ruleset!

My fight was about survival, as we played in the divine shield ruleset. My strategy was to have a heavy ranged hitter in the back and a few meatshields in the front.
