First of all, a special greeting and thanks to all the talented members of the community who have participated in the great initiative ***"Motivation among friends"*** and have made mention of my work, describing it with beautiful words that are truly very rewarding and valuable to me, it is truly an honor to have been mentioned several times among so many artists and talents that exist in this wonderful community, heartfelt thanks to all of you. Soon you will have my participation, although sincerely I have not been able to define my mentions among the great number of spectacular creators that are present here every day.

For those who follow my work and have had the opportunity to visit my blog and appreciate it, you know that from the beginning I have been handling and developing various pieces in what is the technique of paper quilling, this technique I have been working for more than 6 years and I have a deep love because you can create a wide variety of things to use them in many areas, in my case I have directed it to the part of accessories and jewelry, but soon I will present other styles of use, however recently I discovered and learned to work the technique of cardboard also focused on the part of accessories and jewelry and I really love it, because with it you can also make beautiful things and as the base is the cardboard makes the pieces are solid, stable and protected, I have loved to combine this technique with others like the one I've been using quilling, with fabric or other materials, and the best thing is that it is a recycling technique, so I think I will use it more often as I have some projects in mind with it especially for you.

So today I bring you something very simple, that you can do in the blink of an eye and you will get a nice piece to wear with the outfit of your choice and you will carry it out with materials that you have at hand at home, note that I do it with the ones I have, but you can change the colors, fabrics and accessories to decorate. Today I will show you how to make a pretty feather that I will use as a charm for a necklace and a pair of hanging tendrils made with cardboard and bluejeans fabric.

Próximamente tendrán mi participación, aunque sinceramente no he podido definir mis menciones entre el gran número de espectaculares creadores que están presentes día a día por acá.

>Para las personas que siguen mi trabajo y han tenido la oportunidad de visitar mi blog y apreciarlo, saben que desde un principio he venido manejando y elaborando diversas piezas en lo que es la técnica de paper quilling, esa técnica llevo más de 6 años trabajándola y le tengo un profundo amor porque se pueden crear una gran diversidad de cosas para emplearlas en muchísimas ámbitos, en mi caso la he dirigido a la parte de accesorios y bisutería, pero próximamente les presentare otros estilos de uso, sin embargo desde hace poco descubrí y aprendí a trabajar la técnica de cartonaje también enfocada a la parte de accesorios y bisutería y realmente me encanta, ya que con ella también se pueden realizar cosas hermosas y como la base es el cartón hace que las piezas queden sólidas, estables y protegidas, me ha encantado combinar esta técnica con otras como la que vengo usando de quilling, con tela u otros materiales, y lo mejor es que es una técnica de reciclaje, por ello creo que la utilizare más a menudo ya que tengo algunos proyectos en mente con la misma especialmente para ustedes. 
><br>
>Por ello para hoy le traigo algo sumamente sencillo, que pueden realizar en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y obtendrán una bonita pieza para lucir con el outfit de su preferencia y lo van a llevar a cabo con materiales que tengan a la mano en casa, tomen en cuenta que yo lo realizo con los que tengo, pero ustedes pueden cambiar los colores, telas y accesorios para decorar. Hoy les enseñare a realizar una bonita pluma que utilizare como dije para collar y un par de zarcillos colgantes realizados con cartón y tela de bluejeans.

- Let's start by taking a piece of thin cardboard, with it we will make a pattern that we will draw with a pencil or pen of the feather that will be carried out, in another piece of cardboard I will draw the vein in the middle of the feather, we will draw as many feathers according to the number of charms we want to make, this will be the base of our charms. I attach the images and you will make them in the size of your preference.  Once the pieces are drawn, we cut them out. 
<br>
- We will take a piece of bluejeans fabric of the color of your preference, I will use a black one from a torn and faded pants, fortunately when I cut the waistband I had some pieces with the most intense black color, I will use this one to make the vein of the feather, we will glue the cardboards already cut with extra strong white glue on those pieces of jeans fabric, the feather as such I will glue it on the back of the lighter fabric and as I said before the vein I will glue it on the back of the darker fabric, once glued we cut, (we will reserve the vein), and we will glue on the other side the big feather on another piece of light black jeans, so that it is lined on both sides, we cut.

>•  Vamos a comenzar tomando un trozo de cartón fino, con el vamos a realizar un patrón que dibujaremos con un lápiz o bolígrafo de la pluma que se va a llevar a cabo, en otro trozo de cartón dibujare la vena que lleva en medio la pluma, dibujaremos tantas plumas según el número de dijes que queramos hacer, esta va a ser la base de nuestros dijes. Le anexo las imágenes y ustedes las harán del tamaño de su preferencia.  Dibujadas las piezas recortamos. 
><br>
>•  Tomaremos un trozo de tela de bluejeans del color de su preferencia, yo utilizare una negra de un pantalón roto y desteñido, afortunadamente cuando recorte la pretina tenía unos trozos con el color negro más intenso, esta la utilizare para realizar la vena de la pluma, vamos a pegar los cartones ya recortados con pega blanca extra fuerte en esos trozos de tela de jeans, la pluma como tal la pegare en la parte trasera de la tela más clara y como les dije anteriormente la vena la pegare en parte trasera de la tela más oscura, una vez pegados recortamos, (la vena la reservaremos),  y pegaremos por la otra cara la pluma grande en otro trozo de jeans negro claro, para que quede forrada por ambas caras, recortamos.

- Once we have the feather and the vein of the feather lined and cut out, we proceed to glue the vein with extra strong glue in the center of the feather which is the big and main piece. 
<br>
- Now we are going to decorate our feather for this take some small crystals that had a pair of pants that had lost many of them that adorned it, and I took out the remaining ones, take three to decorate each of the feathers, glue them with white glue in the vein of the same, one at the top, one in the center and the last one at the end of the vein, in the image you will see how to place them.

>• Ya tenemos la pluma y la vena de la pluma forradas y recortadas procedemos a pegar la vena con pega extra fuerte en el centro de la pluma que es la pieza grande y principal. 
><br>
>• Ahora vamos a adornar nuestra pluma para ello tome unos cristales pequeños que tenía un pantalón que de tantas lavadas había perdido muchos de ellos que lo adornaban, y le saque los que quedaban, tome tres para adornar cada una de las plumas, los pegue con pega blanca en la vena de la misma, uno arriba, otro en el centro y un último en la parte final de la vena, en la imagen verán como colocarlos.

- Once our feathers are decorated we will proceed to open a hole in the top of the piece, as you will see I left that part rounded just for it to be thicker and not run the risk of breaking it, we take a thick pin and carefully pierce the indicated part. 
<br>
- To finish we are going to place a medium ring of costume jewelry in each one of the holes that we opened to the piece and we incorporate a hook that is a base for hanging tendrils, apart I made another piece to which I placed only the ring and in this way we can use it as a pendant for necklace. 
<br>
***In this way we have our feathers ready for use converted into a nice set of hanging tendrils and a pendant that we will place in the necklace of our preference.  I also made a feather with blue jeans fabric and attached a piece of light black fabric to the vein so you can see how it looks combined in a different way. See how easy it is to make something beautiful and practical.***

>• Adornadas nuestras plumas vamos a proceder a abrirle un hoyito en la parte de arriba de la pieza, como verán le deje esa parte redondeada justamente para ello para que fuera más gruesa y no correr el riesgo de romperla, tomamos un alfiler punta gruesa y con mucho cuidado perforamos la parte indicada. 
><br>
>• Para finalizar vamos a colocar una argolla mediana de bisutería en cada uno de los hoyitos que le abrimos a la pieza y le incorporamos un anzuelo que es una base para zarcillos colgante, aparte realice otra pieza a la que le coloque solo la argolla y de esta manera lo podemos usar como dije para collar. 
><br>
>>***De esta manera tenemos nuestras plumas listas para su uso convertidas en un bonito conjunto de zarcillos colgantes y un dije que colocaremos en el collar de nuestra preferencia.  También les realice una pluma con tela de jeans color azul y le coloque a la vena un trozo de tela negra clara para que observaran como luce combinada de otra manera. Ven que fácil proceso del cual obtenemos algo bonito y practico.***
