En este desafío de blog en la parte # 4, el día # 28 nos pide que le digamos la mayor vergüenza que le haya pasado, ya que sabemos que la vergüenza es un sentimiento que nos hace sentir mal, la mayoría de las veces lo sentimos por algo que hicimos, que decimos, pensamos o que fue inadecuado. Por otro lado, la vergüenza también implica un juicio contra nosotros, pero por otro lado vinculado a los demás, a la valoración que otros harán de nuestro comportamiento.

He pasado por muchas vergüenzas en mi vida, pero una que recuerdo, tiene mucho tiempo y cuando la recuerdo vuelvo a sentir esa vergüenza que me causó. Por eso hoy les voy a contar la mayor vergüenza por la que he pasado en mi vida.

La mayor vergüenza por la que he pasado en mi vida y todavía la recuerdo porque me da mucha pena y vergüenza recordarlo, fue cuando un día mi esposo me encontró con su billetera en la mano, agarré y saqué su billetera de la suya. pantalones para registrar lo que contenía y saber cuánto dinero tenía en ese momento, lo malo fue cuando de repente entró a la habitación y me encontró con la masa en la mano como decimos aquí en mi pueblo, cuando entró y me vio con la billetera en la mano me sentí tan avergonzado que sentí que la sangre en mi cara se calentaba, enrojecí y lo que hice fue reír, si me daba un ataque de risa, él también se rió conmigo, pero de allí dejé de caminar con su billetera, solo cuando me autorizó a revisarla, porque todavía recuerdo ese episodio como una hora después.

> The biggest embarrassment I have gone through in my life and I still remember it because it gives me great sorrow and shame to remember it, was when one day my husband found me with his wallet in my hand, I grabbed and took his wallet from his pants to register what it contained and to know how much money he had at that moment, the bad thing was when he suddenly entered the room and found me with the dough in my hand as we say here in my town, When he came in and saw me with the wallet in my hand I felt so embarrassed that I felt the blood in my face get hot, I reddened and what I did was to laugh, if I had a fit of laughter, he also laughed along with me, but from there I stopped walking with his wallet, only when he authorized me to check it, because I still remember that episode about an hour later.

En ese momento no sé qué pensaba mi marido de mí, ya que tenía otra imagen de mí y siento que este episodio de mi vida me marcó para siempre, pero aprendí a respetar el espacio de cada uno.
