Hoy les traigo una receta riquísima se trata de una deliciosas **Milanesas de berenjena** es súper saludable; además,  son  fácil de preparar y una cosa importante lleva pocos ingredientes, les cuento que estas milanesas quedan crujientes por fuera y suave por dentro, es una receta ideal para esos lunes sin carne.

- Lo primero que hacemos es pelar las berenjenas y quitarles la piel, aunque a mí me gusta dejarle un poco de piel.

- Luego cortamos la berenjena a lo largo o en laminas con un grosor que no sea ni muy finas ni muy gruesas, de aproximadamente 1/2 centímetro.

- Una vez cortados todos las laminas lo cortamos por la mitad porque así será más práctico para empanar y cocinar. Una vez listo, le añadimos sal para que suelte el amargor y lo reservamos.

- Ahora vamos a preparar la mezcla para darle mucho sabor a estas milanesas para ello cogemos un bol y añadimos la harina de arroz, la cucharadita de pimentón, luego la sal y el ajo machacado, luego una cucharadita de cúrcuma y mezclamos, luego añadimos el agua poco a poco hasta formar una mezcla  un poco espesa y reservamos.

- Ahora preparamos la harina para empanizar para ello tomamos una taza de avena y la colocamos en la licuadora para hacer una harina, luego agregamos las semillas de ajonjolí para ello colocamos las semillas en la licuadora y luego la colocamos junto con la avena, agregamos una cucharada de orégano y sal y mezclamos muy bien estos ingredientes.

- Pasada la media hora colocamos una sartén en la cocina y dejamos que se caliente y luego agregamos un poquito de aceite de oliva para que las milanesas se cocine, una vez que la sartén esté caliente colocamos las milanesas y dejamos que se cocinen por ambos lados, les damos la vuelta y ya están listas estas deliciosas milanesas de berenjena.
