Hoy les traigo una receta nutritiva, se trata de una pasta con salsa de berenjenas, les digo amigos que cuando prueben esta salsa la volverán a hacer porque es muy deliciosa, conquistó mi corazón y lo mejor de todo es que es muy fácil de preparar, ideal para el almuerzo o la cena. La berenjena es muy versátil en la cocina y se puede preparar frita, asada, hervida, empanizada, al horno, a la milanesa, como quieras. Así que espero que les guste y la preparen en casa.

- Lo primero que hacemos es preparar la pasta para ello llevamos una olla con abundante agua en la cocina a fuego alto y cuando esté hirviendo añadimos la pasta y dejamos cocer hasta que esté al dente y cuando esté lista la escurrimos con un colador, luego la ponemos en la olla con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y reservamos.
