Hola amigos, quería contarles que la familia quería probar las primeras hallacas de la temporada, así que como tengo un amigo que las vende y las hace deliciosas, decidimos comprárselas y pasar un rato con mi hermana @indelvalle65, que estaba aquí de vacaciones. Como íbamos a almorzar, decidimos preparar una ensalada para acompañar estas sabrosas hallacas. Así que todos preparamos la ensalada para terminar rápido y calentamos las hallacas.




Estas hallacas son  muy especiales, ya que nos las trajeron de un pueblo cercano llamado Cocollar. Les cuento que conocimos al señor Carlos en esos viajes a Maturín, así que se las pedí por vía WhatsApp y él nos las envió con un amigo. En esa ocasión, pusimos la mesa para celebrar nuestras primeras hallacas en familia y, al mismo tiempo, disfrutamos de ese momento con mi hermana. Así que, con todo listo, mis hermanas y sobrinos se sentaron a la mesa y disfrutamos de nuestras primeras hallacas del año.

 


Por eso les  comparto, amigos míos, que me encanta pasar tiempo con mi familia, y si eso implica disfrutar de una deliciosa comida, lo disfruto aún más, porque me transporta a aquellos días en los que todos nos reuníamos alrededor de la mesa para comer. Recuerdo que siempre era la última en llegar a casa después del colegio, y mis hermanos me esperaban porque yo era la que más comía. Al estar juntos con la familia, revivimos esos momentos de felicidad que compartimos cuando todos éramos jóvenes y solteros. ¡Qué importante es compartir con la familia!

Nada como esas primeras hallacas que anuncian la temporada, y más aún cuando se disfrutan en buena compañía. Esa mezcla de comida rica y recuerdos familiares hace que todo sepa mucho mejor. Además, se siente esa alegría de volver a vivir tradiciones que nos conectan con nuestras raíces y creo que el mejor mes es Diciembre. Son esos instantes los que realmente le dan sentido a la vida cotidiana. 🎄
