## About dCity

dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on non-fungible tokens available on Hive-Engine. Players build their own cities with tokens representing buildings, citizens, technologies, and earn income in the form of HIVE (based on ranking) and SIM token (based on city income). There are also cards that players can get only from playing the game like technologies, backgrounds and prevention cards.

## Tower Ruins - new Combined building

Tower Ruins is a new Combined building that we are introducing to dCity. It is a card that can be useful in eliminating the negative effects of having Ruins cards, as it completely eliminates the negative Popularity from these cards (from -751 Popularity to 10).

To combine Tower Ruins you need:
- 1x Construction Site
- 25x Ruins
- 1x Public Restrooms

Tower Ruins gives 4 Tax Refund.

## Crisis penalties

SIM Club members have voted on changes to the penalties that affect cities during Crisis events. They are increased and are as follows:

- **Fires**: income reduction **5% -> 15%**
- **Riots**: income and popularity reduction **5% -> 15%**
- **Economy Crisis**: income reduction **10% -> 50%**
- **Power Outage**: income reduction **5% -> 25%**
- **Nature Disaster**: income and popularity reduction **5% -> 15%**
