When I saw this week's topic ,it really got me thinking about my temperament. I had never been as this question before so I had to calm down to think what am writing, firstly let me start with the definition of temperament, temperament refer to a person character or natural personally which includes their emotional tendencies and behavior traits or just think of it as someone's emotional style or natural vibe, how the react to situations and manage the emotions.

Me personally if am to define my self I'll say am a cool calm guy, filled with much joy always wanting to see people happy giving then laughter because I love see people happy and smiling all the time.am also a shy person I only talk to people am close to, I feel free when am with my friends, I enjoy spending time with others but I also value my alone time. Some days I feel very energetic and. Talkative , while on other days I can just be quite and observe not wanting disturbance for anyone, one of my strongest traits is that am generally calm, I don't get angry easily , my temperament is not extreme in any way instead I just change depending on my mood, surrounding,or the person am with .when something is not in place I try to handle the matter patiently and well organized, this help me to avoid unnecessary argument and make better decisions. But that doesn't mean I never feel or get angry and frustrated. I just try to control myself and not let emotions control me.

The best thing about my temperament is that I am adeptable . I can change and adjust to different situations without much difficulty. For example, if my plans are changed suddenly,I do not panic or overly stressed , instead I try to find a solution to the situation. This flexibility helps me when I am in school or with my friends. Another thing I enjoy about my temperament is that I am a good listener , since I am the one always  talking and the loudest person, I try to pay attention to what others are saying. My friends always come to me when they need someone to listen to them because I enjoy helping others and the way I react to things makes it easier for them to trust me.

My temperament weaknesses. My temperament has many good qualities  but it also carries some weaknesses.one of them is that I overthink things, because I like to stay calm and analyze things I can spend too much time thinking about what could go wrong or should I react,This can make me hesitate when making decisions especially if I fear making a mistake. Another weakness of mine is that I can be too passive at times since I avoid conflict and toxic situations. I sometimes let people take advantage of my patience , there are times when I just stay quiet even when I should have spoken up for myself. Learning to be  more assertive without being aggressive is something I am working on. In my friendship and family relationships since  am easygoing with people , people find it comfortable to be around me ,my friends know that I will listen to them without judging and my family appreciate that I stay calm though I can be stubborn sometimes in stressful situation, however my reserved nature sometimes makes it hard for me to express my feelings. I may seem distant when I am actually just thinking deeply about something. This can confuse people who expect me to be more open  and learn to communicate better so that my loved ones can understand me better.

Yes I know no temperament is perfect and I believe there is always room for growth to improve myself.I am expressing my opinions. I want to be kinder to myself when I make mistakes instead of overthinking them. In summary, my temperament is a blend of calmness, adaptability and thoughtfulness, but it also comes with challenges like overthinking and passiveness. Understanding my natural tendencies help me to appreciate my strengths and work on my weaknesses. Every body's temperament is different and that's what makes each person unique. By understanding who I am while striving to grow , I can become the best version of myself.
