>Beef noodles is the signature treat for Taiwan, especially for Taipei city. It is also our daily cuisine that we get to enjoy everyday since there are really lots of good stores around, from expensive and delicate 5-star hotel version to those small diners or stalls hidden in the alleys. Today what I shared here is the latter one around Gu-Ting MRT station. The **Lin's Beef Noodles** 🍜. Bon Appetite! 😋

結果，上周某天中午，我有事到了古亭站附近，辦完事情之後，想說提早解決午餐，找了一下附近，發現有幾間牛肉麵店，一時覺得食慾被撩起來...

比較了一下之後，發現這一間【林記牛肉麵】，位置在巷弄內，評價竟然很不錯，裡頭還說了早上10點半就開門做生意，但"賣完就收工"，看到這我心裡就認定是這一間了，反正當時時間才11點左右，我想應該不至於開始排隊...

於是我就按地圖前往，果然是在巷弄內，我沿路還拍了一些巷弄內照片。快到時，看見遠遠有個小門口，門外掛了個倒掛的水桶像燈籠似的，寫著"林"跟"牛肉麵"😄。

門口有點窄，有些人站在門外，裡頭座位並不是太多。還好，這些人是來外帶的，店內大約坐了六成滿。我有一個人的位子就行了！落坐之後，跟老闆點了他們叫"全套"的半筋半肉牛肉麵，意思是加上"餛飩"跟"蛋包"，小碗半筋半肉160台幣，加全套之後，就變成180元。還行，牛肉麵來說，這價位跟這等豐富配料，算是便宜的。何況，小菜才20元一盤。一盤黃瓜，一盤花生，我就坐等佳餚上桌囉！😍

牛肉麵上桌後，加一點辣油跟辣椒，加一點酸菜，把蛋黃攪破，大家混合一下，看起來真是非常美味的感覺啊～～～

這牛肉麵是紅燒路線的，整體沒有什麼特別突出，但是全部融合一起之後，尤其是蛋包的加入，讓整碗的美味度不斷提升哪！突然之間，肉也好吃，筋也好吃，麵加湯也好吃，餛飩好吃，蛋包鮮美～～～啊～～～難怪這麼多人不到中午就來排隊等著吃這口美味啊~~~

很快我就把整碗吃光光，意猶未竟，下次再來吃一次🙂。對了，小菜也都好吃，還沒上麵我就已經吃掉八成了😆。

牛肉麵真是一種百吃不厭，變化多端的麵中極品啊～～～

最後總結一下，【林記牛肉麵】的特色就是提供餛飩與蛋包，讓整碗美味升級，這在其他牛肉麵店是比較少見的。
