Fomo3D的啟示

Fomo3D這款以太坊資金遊戲，終於結束了。其實，我一直沒有去好好研究，甚至連去相關網站都沒有過。

不過，由於它太紅了，所以朋友圈、報導等等，讓我也不得不知道了一些基本訊息。我想我大概知道他們在玩些什麼。

不得不說，這確實是一個創舉，一場只有區塊鏈能夠建構的遊戲。也夠有創意，所以才能短短時間形成風潮與熱點討論。但這又確實是一個對於社會與產業沒有“直接明顯”效益的創新（類似於零和遊戲的賭博對於大家都沒有好處），或許，它最大的貢獻，就是讓我們加深對於未來區塊鏈式世界運作方式的想像吧！

今天看到這一篇報導，才又學習了一些關於遊戲結束的新訊息。我認為，這篇報導的內容，其實就是這遊戲最大的貢獻了。先看看吧！

10468.66顆以太幣，換算價值約為298萬美金，..... 被40次投入共0.8顆以太幣的玩家給領走了。一萬倍的報酬率，聽起來極為驚人，不過，買樂透彩券，我看倍數是更高的吧！巨量的金錢，在這裡只是人性實驗跟區塊鏈考驗的手段，跟你跟我，其實一點關係都沒有的。

這段報導的結語，就是我認為整件事最大的貢獻：

我們所認為的區塊鏈安全，其實，常常是在「尚未接受超大金錢誘因考驗」之前的狀態。例如，POW裡，礦工不會試圖破壞，因為自己也有挖礦利益；POS裡，有幣有驗證權的大鯨魚不會破壞網路，因為這與自己的私利不相容....  這都有一定的道理，不過，換個想法，如果這裡面的礦工跟大鯨魚，發瘋了？失去理性？被傳統銀行界收買？被外星人綁架了？亦即，他不再根據個人利益原則行事了，那麼，這條鏈的安全，不就失去保障了？

其實，在努力開發提升區塊鏈安全技術的同時，也必須要知道，世界上沒有絕對安全的方式（看過Mission Impossible就知道啦！XD...），只有要用多少代價，得到多少安全，以及安全程度永遠是動態的概念....

區塊鏈技術的出現，讓人們太過興奮，常常忘記，我們只是在一個新時代的起點，距離人們想像中的世界其實還很遙遠... 說不定，連大門都還沒跨進去，還不知道，那個全然的新世界，得透過多少持續的努力來達成呢！
