**Hey lovelies ❤️** **It's your favorite girl @debbie-ese 😍** **Welcome to my blog 🤗**  In this post I will be sharing with you how to make a jumpsuit using crepe fabrics. But before we delve into the tutorial, over the years since I have chosen fashion designer as a career, I have met many women who complain about the challenges they face when they wear jumpsuit and some have even deleted jumpsuit from the list of the kind of outfits they will ever wear again due to the inconvenience. One of the major complain is about the stress that comes with using the restroom when you wear a jumpsuit that you have to nearly undress in a public restroom. This can be very challenging no doubt but sometimes it is the sacrifice you have to pay for rocking a stunning design that gets people complimenting you. (winks) However, despite all the challenges that comes with wearing jumpsuits, they still remain a top fashion design that when styled right with the perfect accessories and shoes it will exude beauty, class and confidence. Now, let's continue with our tutorial on how to make a jumpsuit. **Materials needed** - 4 yards of crepe fabric - Matching threads - Tailoring chalk - Pressing iron **Step by Step** - We will start by working on the top part if the jumpsuit and these are the following measurements we will be using: Shoulder - 16", bust - 50", underbust - 48", bust length – 17", half length - 22", crotch length - 15", full length - 58".  - So, I marked out the bustmeasurement (50") on the fabric and Iwent ahead to cut out a rectangular piece that is 50" wide and 19" long (bust length plus seam allowance). - Next, I went ahead to fold the fabric ensuring the right sides are facing each other and I joined the side seams together neatly.  - Then the next thing I did was to chalk and cut out my sleeves which was attached to the top.  - Next, I began to draft the pant part of the jumpsuit paying special attention to the waist (48") and crotch (15"). This is because I need to ensure the person is comfortable in the dress. The full length measurement is 58".  - Then, I folded the fabric to be able to cut the pant part on fold and I narrowed the waist area of the pant a bit to fit in perfectly to the base of the top part. - After cutting all the pieces I went to my weaving (overlocking) machine to weave all the edges.  - Next, I joined the side seams of the pant and also did the same process for the inner seams of both pieces. - So, at this point I added the zip to the back of the pant. - Next, I neatly attached the top part to the pant part with emphasis on neatly.  - Then I needed to create a belt for the dress, so I cut about 4" wide of the fabric that is long enough to go round the waist at least two times.
