Hive and Off-Chain Activities

Hive is touted as a Web3 social media platform that offers fast, free and scalable transactions but don't you think Hive as as a social media lacks many aspects of the real social media platform?

Is Hive only about long form content? People might argue about this and might even downvote you if you produce a content that is in a short form. How then you call it a social media platform when allow long form content and don't allow short form content?

Users can share their thoughts in comments replying to posts and comments but that's probably not the true essence of a social media if you can't start a conversation yourself posting short form content.

Project owners and Hive users on Hive engage with the communit through AMAs on Discord, Twitter etc, why don't they bring these things to Hive? I guess they can do these AMAs on Hive as well. This is something that could add to the activity on website which is good for its ranking in terms of Search Engine Optimization. If you're not giving value to your own platform how you expect it from others?

What I like about Khaleelkazi is his enthusiasm for trying new things. He with his team introduced LeoThreads to Hive blockchain which is something that could address this issue of having a short form content on Hive as it was solely made for short form content on the chain.

Now, it's upon the users on Hive how they react to this and how they engage on LeoThreads as they now have a short form content platform.

I guess 3Speak and DTube also support live streams. If it do so, why aren't they used by Hivians for AMAs etc? Why would TheyCallMeDan turn to Twitter or Discord doing these AMAs there and not doing it on 3Speak or DTube?

Why haven't we moved these off-chain activities to Hive? Why aren't we communicating and interacting with one another on the Hive blockchain directly?
