Signs your A/C Malfunctioning and how to replace A/C condenser

A refrigerant leak is exclusive within the sense that refrigerant evaporates instantly into a gas once it isn’t underneath the pressure of your control system A/C system.  The A/C system in your automobile includes a maze of wires complete with fuses, relays and pressure switches that employ in unison to produce safe operation beneath traditional operational conditions. If one among these electrical elements fail or defect, the system is intended to shut itself all the way down to forestall harm to itself or unsafe conditions for the operator. while not the right equipment and, maybe additional significantly, the expertise level of the individual designation the matter, these problems square measure troublesome to isolate.

  HOW TO REPLACE  A/C CONDENSER

Disconnect the negative battery cable 

Locate your A/C condenser

Inspect the  Condenser for cracks that can leads to leaking

Recover the refrigerant [Discharge the AC system ],This will need to be done  with a recovery machine .

Remove any grilles ,supports, lock braces to gain access to  the condenser.

Remove the Condenser's refrigerant lines

Remove the condenser mounting bolts 

Remove the condenser 

Install a new Condenser making sure any rubber cushion fit properly on the Condenser assembly

Pour a small amount of Compressor oil into the line fittings and Reconnect the A/C lines 

Re-install any parts that were removed in order to gain access to the Condenser .

Evacuate all remaining refrigerant using a specific A/C machine that pulls a vacuum on the system

Hold  the vacuum for about 10minutes to check for leaks 

Recharge the A/C system with refrigerant [grease or oil]

Reconnect the battery cable 

Test  the A/C  system by measuring the temperature coming out of vents inside the vehicle.
