*Week 41 has just ended and the excitement of week 41 will of course continue into week 42. The turn of the year is something very special where we will all start a new year and of course with a new spirit.  This is also considered by some people as something sacred, where the turn of the year is a new page that will be written for the next year. Besides that, if we refer to and look at the years that we have passed, of course there are many memories and also lessons that we can take. This also concerns us personally and also regarding the progress we made from last year for a success in the next year.
Many changes have occurred over the course of a year, even so there are many things that can be learned from.  There's a lot going on and there are different impressions from different people as well as their views on the past year. Sometimes there are those who think this year is the best year for them for what they have achieved or the many joys they have experienced, but on the contrary there are also those who think this year is a year full of sadness over a failure or loss of the people they love.  For myself, 2022 is a year in which I personally experienced a lot of changes in terms of my views on certain things, I also feel sad this year because I lost a friend and all of that was mixed up, and what I can do now is learn from  these things for his future success.

2022 left a lot of impressions on me. This year I learned a lot of new things and made me more mature to deal with something. This year I also feel better than the previous year and this makes me more sensitive to the things that I study. This year I also faced a myriad of problems, of course, this cannot be denied because our age, which is getting more mature, indicates that there will be many problems that we will face.  This is not something bad, of course, because there is a lesson and something that we must understand from the series of problems we face which will be a good experience for us in the coming year and of course for the same problem.

This new year will certainly be a sign for us to improve ourselves again, both in terms of achievements, work, and even our own self-assessment. Of course, this will be difficult to achieve if we always think negatively. In the years to come, we should open our minds more broadly and apply more optimism to what we are going to do. Optimism is a very important thing to do, even I myself really need to apply high optimism to face the uncertain years ahead. Of course, we cannot always avoid problems, one day we will have to face them. For some people, this is what makes them doubtful and remain pessimistic because they are afraid of things that make them unable to face them.

Learning from what we get in 2022 of course makes us have to improve ourselves and for me I have to be even more active at work so I can produce something positive of course. During this year, of course, I can't be said to have worked diligently, I still haven't cleaned up and I'm still confused about what I want to do.  From that, I can conclude that in 2023 I must have clear targets, strong efforts so that I can achieve what I want.  Perseverance is the key, I would not be able to achieve all of that if I did not have strong determination and a strong spirit, of course.  Learning from what I haven't achieved in the previous year, and the various failures I've experienced certainly really helped and really motivated me to keep going.  Facing a future full of challenges and many possibilities it is not permissible to take a wrong step, but if we believe in ourselves then whatever we do will produce maximum results.
