This week is very exciting considering the many interesting contest titles this week. And this time the contest this week will end and I can't wait for the next week to be more exciting.  A lot of participants entered the contest this week and this is something very good. For the last contest this week, I was required to discuss about good work and bad work, of course this is an interesting thing to discuss moreover a job is something that people are always looking for, many people choose bad jobs  and some choose or have done a good job, and apart from all that here I will discuss a little about this which is of course based on my experience. So, please read carefully.

A job is a very valuable thing, especially when we work we are paid quite a lot, but sometimes the work is very heavy and the wages are very little.  In this world there are many types of work, even with this increasing human growth spurt, many people are looking for work in order to help their household economy.  Sometimes the work is also required of the workers to be ready to bear all the severe consequences when doing the work, while others are minimal risk and the work is very easy.  Salary or wages are also an option for every job, usually jobs with high risks, the workers will receive a lot of wages rather than jobs with minimal risk.  In addition, companies that employ workers sometimes also choose their workers through various educational qualifications or even graduates so that they get the best workforce which of course needs to be done by every company so that their company still has adequate resources so that the company's performance goes well.  The point is that the work in this world varies depending on the company and the job demand, and it also determines the pay of their workers.

As a person who doesn't have a job yet, I've also tried various jobs even when I was a kid.  I live in an urban environment where it is very difficult to find a suitable job for me who just graduated from school.  Because of that, I decided to continue my studies and graduate as well.  As a child, I used to sell rambuta at my school and I did it because my family was having economic problems so I was advised to find my own snacks from the sales and I did that when I was in junior high school.  I'm not saying this is the worst job I've ever done even though I had to struggle to climb a rambutan tree and sell it for a small price.  But for children like me when I was little, of course, this kind of work was a bit discouraged, but because my family's economy was in trouble for some reason, I had to do it.  But because of that, I got some valuable experience and of course it can be used.

I also did my best job while still in college and at that time I provided services for the completion of theses together with my friends, because my thesis was completed quickly, so I and my friends opened services for those who finished their thesis and at that time I got a good fee much for some time.  After graduating from college, I certainly no longer work with my friends anymore. And now I only run the business of my family which is engaged in bakery production. In my opinion, all jobs are not easy, even if you get the best job, you still have to work to run it and that of course requires your ability and expertise so that the job feels easy. To others this may seem very difficult to do but because you know how to do it and know how to do it, it certainly makes this difficult job easy for you.

In essence, love and master your work as best you can because if you manage to master and understand your job you will find it very easy to do it and that is what makes you good at running it.  For those of us who work in other people's places, maybe we are used to doing it and it looks easy, but for people who are new to doing it, it feels a little difficult, in this case of course there is a valuable experience that makes us different from people who are new to doing it work as we have been doing for so long that we find it easy to do.
